My thought is you should pick up a book until SF4.
Who's people's favorites to win MvC3?

Increases Damage and Speed depending on how many of your characters are dead. And the duration of it. It also resets your frame state to zero.

You can pop X-factor anytime you're not getting hit to cancel your normal/special/non-cinematic super/block. You get a power/speed up boost (Depending on character) and it lasts longer the less characters alive you have. You don't take chip during X-factor too.
Zero's super is a shadow super that mimicks his move after a small delay.

Everytime I've seen Champ play on stream he's been playing people I never heard of wtf lol.

Xfactor does the following things: -instantly stop whatever you were doing (cancels a move you were recovering from or ends your blockstun) -increases speed and damage (different per character, and increases in magnitude based on number of team members dead) -gives life regeneration and makes you immune to chip
Zero's Sogenmu creates a shadow of himself that replicates whatever the real Zero does after a short delay, which allows him to (basically) indefinitely continue his combos.

On July 15 2013 10:23 Noocta wrote: Can someone explain X factor very quick ? :d And what Zero's super is ? X-factor has 3 levels, lvl 1 2 and 3. 1 is weakest, 3 is strongest. Lvl 1 x factor happens when you have all characters left, lvl 2 x factor when just 2, and lvl 3 x factor when you just have one character left. So it's basically a comeback mechanism because it becomes better and lasts for a longer duration when you have fewer characters.
Depending on the character, X-Factor increases your damage, speed, and minimum damage by a certain amount.
For example, Vergil in X-Factor lvl 3 has 75% increased damage, 25% increased speed and 35% minimum damage(normally his skills scale down to 5% for normal hits and 20% for special hits) for 21.5 seconds.
Activating X-Factor works as an instant cancel off anything you're doing.
You are limited to one per round.

Thanks for the answer guys. Marvel is very bad at showing visually what is doing what, but I get more and more why people like it.

He was Chris G before Chris G ROFL He was also incredibly dominant since 2001 at mvc2. like... before evo was EVO (b5)
Common story is that J wong went 2 years without losing a series until he met Sanford.

True. There's actually a thread on SRK from like 2005 about the tournament when Justin finally lost. Prior to that he had gone over a two years without even going into losers, and still won the overwhelming majority of the time.
