One option could be a Shuckle with SR+StickyWeb... any ideas? Hmm. Carbink looks to be a solid wall that can lay down Stealth Rock, take a couple of hits, and provide key resistances (notably to Fire, which your team hates). Its total lack of offensive presence doesn't really match your team, though, so perhaps someone like support Tyranitar instead. Am I the only one who thinks Carbink is a worse shuckle? I guess dragon immunity has some pros but still Edit2: Holy crap I remembered Mega agaron exists... Eh, he's already using MegaCross.

Man so close to finishing my team but getting fucked by RNG on my attempt to reroll a politoed with a different nature -_-. Any half decent ones don't have swift swim or the ones that do are just 2-3 IVs when im putting in 4 x 5.

Maybe, prob 60% chance of him being ubers. Loss of Levitate hurts him, shadow tag is good but you can switch out before he mega evolves+doesnt stop baton pass/uturn/volt switch which a good amount of pokes run now. His stats/movepool alone might push him there though.

Honestly my money is on mega banette being the popular one. priority on will o wisp (Which got buffed) and pain split <3
Also shadow tag no longer works on any ghost type now so its coverage is even lower. Its a shame you can't get pursuit on gengar it would solve a lot of issues

prankster doesnt activate the turn you mega-evolve so you are almost forced to run protect, which is quite limiting. there are plenty of other megas that can easily just run through teams with a little support

even if you switch out mega gengar behind a sub is pretty scary even scizor gets 2hko'd and only does like 60% with bullet punch, so not enough to kill him after the sub breaks
|
mega bannette doesn't really have much over sableye sableye is a little less bulky but he gets recover and foul play

Since there is a cap of 1 Mega per competitive team, I'm guessing that those pokemon won't mix into the normal tier list. There will probably (should) be a separate tier list just for the Mega pokemon.

Maybe do what Smogon did with Soul Dew and restrict the mega evolving stone to ubers teir

Is it worth spending time on getting the correct nature on Yveltal? I got a Mild, considering just keeping it...

only if you personally want it. It will be useless in terms of competitive play and stuff if that's what you are asking. but if it makes you happy to have a good one then go for it

Well, not neccesarily.
It would be rather useful in Ubers, ifs thats your cup of tea. I personally rather dislike Ubers, but eh.,
On that note, anyone want to traded their Heracronite for my Xerneas? Its Quirky with def, Sp def, and Spe IV's at 31, with 4 in attack, 19 in HP, and 20 in attack according to metalkids calculator.

Hmm, I thought it was Mild, but it's neutral, which someone was saying was ideal earlier in the thread. I'm just gonna keep it, that sequence is so long.

1) you can kill it, then save right in front of it, as it respawns and allows you to move right after. This cuts out the first scene where it appears. 2) you can check the stats during the battle with Lysandre, and compare it to the stats of a perfect Yveltal, allowing you to skip beating him and dealing with the post-battle cutscene. For example, a perfect Yveltal with a neutral nature is
HP: 201 ATK: 151 DEF: 115 SATK: 151 SDEF: 118 SPD: 119
If it's Mild with 31 IV, it would have been 166 Sp attack. So you can tell either the IV or the nature with this method.
Personally, if I saw a Sp Attack of lower than 166 and a speed lower than 119, I immediately reset. Only took me about an hour to get a Modest Xerneas with 31 in SpAtk/SpDef/Speed ^_^

Ahh, too late! Oh well, this one is pretty good. 201/145/100/151/118/117 Hardy.

I haven't had much time to play pokemon the past day or 2. busy with work.
I'll definitely let you know when I find one. It shouldn't take long at a friend safari.
