Does Pokerus not effect EV training in Super Training? I suppose I could test it... And they aren't that annoying, i always get them within like 5 minutes. In previous gens, Pokerus didn't affect EV gains from things other than battling (namely vitamins and wings), so I don't think it's very likely for it to affect Super Training.
