They flee before you can even throw a ball, the option doesn't even appear. They just show up and run away instantly. I will try Arena Trap, that should work though Edit: nvm, after long enough of chasing them around they go to the sea spirit den and you battle them there | ||

I think you have to beat the elite 4 for your 3rd to show but that hasnt worked for everyone on my list so iunno. edit: darn smeargle.. so close. | ||
