Within today's Nintendo Direct, further details were announced for the upcoming release, Pokémon Bank. In the Direct, it was announced that if you access Pokémon Bank before September 30th 2014, you will receive a special Celebi. Bulbasaur is going to be especially hard since you are dealing with a 12.5% Female, and the process is really time consuming without instant checker. You probably know some of this stuff but here is how I would do it. You are going to need Dittos with 30 in the stats you want for Hidden Power Fire. (30 speed and 30 spa i believe) Then you are going to need bulba with the appropriate egg moves and the chlorophyll ability, for the first part a male is fine unless your breeding for a specific pokeball. A bulba with 31 in HP, Def, and SPDEF, would be a good starting point but whatever you will probably lose these stats when you do the power items. Once you have these things you need to breed the 30 stats on to the bulbasaur. Use power items for the 30 stats, make your life easier. So breed a 30 stat on using a power item + destiny knot. Then use that new bulba and breed another 30 stat on, if both parents hold power items should get the 30s easily. You will either need to get a female bulba here or have a really nice ditto with the correct nature. You can either use power item + destiny knot, or everstone + destiny knot now, keep chaining up make sure you retain your 30 ivs. You will need to check your decent bulba offspring by going to the Battle Institute, which autolevels them to 50, then using an IV calculator to confirm the stats are 30(I really wish the IV checker guy told you something like "Wow these stats are only 1 point off!!!" That would be really helpful. ) Once you have a 4 IV female(2 of the 4 having the 30s) its probably time to use destiny knot + everstone with a decent male with modest(or timid if that was what you were going for) That's how to do it from scratch I guess | ||

The story is face palm bad. Im aware that pokemon never had much going for it in terms of story and shit but x/y is just like they stopped trying and just said "these idiots will buy anything with the brand pokemon on it lets just dump some stupid shit in and call it a day". The group of people you are forced to travel with and interact with are so fucking annoying that I often find myself just putting down the DS and doing something else because Im seriously just unable to handle the stupid shit they say and do. I actually HATE all the characters. I wish they would die and I would never have to read through another stupid cut scene about dancing and trendy fashion shit again. I could probably deal with that if it was the only problem but the team flare characters and the shit they say is also just so annoying and sub par. Its like I constantly feel embarrassed that im playing this shit. The mega evolutions are extremely lame imo. When I see mega evolution all I see is some dumb eye candy bullshit tacked on to sell more games cause "now mew looks even cooler" Its pretty boring to me. The majority of the new pokemon I have run across are fucking awful. A KUNGFU HAWK wat?? A BUNNY WITH FISTS FOR EARS? cmon.. I know that pokemon has always had its fair share of dumb quirky types of pokemon that are trying to be cute and shit and have made my peace with it but im pretty sure I got into a fight with a SET OF CAR KEYS. Wat Da Fuq? And the new fairy type is lame as well. If there was like one type of pokemon I could remove from the game it would be the cutesy puff squiggly fairy shit but they pretty much fucking doubled up on the fairy bullshit with the new fairy type so thats almost a deal breaker to me alone right there. you guys dont need to convince me the game is good or anything. Im aware that its a subjective thing and hey maybe you guys love it. thats fine. Im not trying to say you shouldnt like the game. Just wanted to vent some of my personal disappointment about my favorite game franchise. | ||
