Theirs no teirs in nintendos online play so basiclly every pokemon is allowed and multiple copies of the same item can be used. Esentially unless your using base stat 600+ pokemon your at a disadvantage. The whole teirs thing was created to promote diversity of play and for most pokemon to have a chance at usability somewhere | ||

In single battles you can only use three Pokemon, and four for double battles. There is also no evasion, sleep, OHKO, or Moody clause. And things like Drizzle+Swift Swim and Sand Veil are legal. I also don't like how they just blanket ban all the legendaries in their ban list. Many common Pokemon in OU, like Jirachi, Deoxys, Victini, and Kyurem are banned on random battle. And then Pokemon like Excadrill and Blaziken aren't banned. And like Orcasgt24 said, there's no tiers, so good luck not using OU Pokemon. | ||

Chatot is an unremarkable Normal/Flying type Pokémon, with the exception of its signature move, Chatter. The player can record whatever he or she wants into the DS microphone, and it will play that recording when Chatter is used. Chatot is banned to prevent misuse of Chatter, specifically to keep people from recording vulgarities and stuff. All Deoxys formes are in the Uber tier, though earlier tier lists had Deoxys-D in OU, I believe. It has since been rebanned. | ||
