I'm gonna preorder on steam when it is listed, so not to miss out on the preorder bonuses this time around (missed out on ShB bonuses). Btw how is it possible that the music is always an absolute banger? They knocked it out of the park yet again with the main theme! | ||

In other news, finally cleared E11S. Started progging E12S last night. Might do a bit more today if I can get some people together. | ||

Could be awkward dual sage depending on the kit but WoW has a decent chunk of absorb. | ||

Think it's just when its over done like Disc priests in WoW at first... but XIV having a limited amount of healers in raids, and how their absorbs work are a bit different, works pretty well with Scholars currently. Hoping it pans out well because for sure much harder to balance. but with the change to AST, looks like they're taking that into account. | ||

I main dancer (DNC) now but I'm working to red mage (RDM), which is my highest rated class (516 vs 518). The rotation for dealing high dps is difficult but I like it. I also have a gunbreaker (GNB) and samurai (SAM) that are close to 500 ilvl. So those are useful if I just want to goof off. On February 10 2021 21:31 Latham wrote: Looks brilliant! I've noticed a lot of people maining dancer, which is also my main, think they're on to something with how DNC plays, its very easy to get into with raiding, trying to deal with all the stuff other classes have on top of learning fights and such is nuts, DNC lets you focus a lot more on mechanics. | ||

DNC for me is about the movement freedom in case I fuck up. Dualcasting with RDM is fun once you get it down. But everything has to coincide with other people's stuff. So it gets a bit tricky. I think the party buffs DNC gives is pretty wild. FFLOGS if you want to see what I'm doing now as a DNC. Like I said, I only recently got into raiding and I'm not into min/max or BiS. I just want to carry my own weight when I go in lol. I also raid with Ragemon Highwind, Taka Flairxx and Saber Altria. All on Famfrit if you want to look them up. | ||
