If you pre-order you can get in 4 days earlier on the 19th of November. Definitely gonna buy this, but closer to the release date. I have no need for the earring that boosts job XP by 30% up to level 80 because at this point I only have 1 healer left to level... Today is Day2 of the FanFest, so expect more news~! | ||

I just don't see how it fits in any way with what is happening on the screen. I like the visuals in the trailer, the song is ok but both together are horrible to me, imho they directly work against each other. | ||

You have parts of Heavensward music in it, Stormblood lyrics, etc. in it, and thats just at my first glance. I'm sure bigger fans can also find parts of ARR & ShB throwbacks in there as well. 6.0 Will finally end the overarching story of Hydaelyn & Zodiark, which were at the heart of the past 8 years worth of content. It's an end of an era, so to say. I think this song is more of a love letter to the history of FF14 and to the fans who were there along for the ride from the start. As for the song itself (or songs?) I like some parts more than others. The mellow start and the part when it jumps to Old Sharlyan are my favourites, but the HW & SB references were nice as well. | ||

This expansion should be good….at least storywise, it seems to be more of the same all around but thats worked for the games growth so I cant fault them for doing that works. One thing I don’t like is how Zenos is still a thing going into this expansion. He was purposefully designed to be 1 dimensional, and I can’t be bothered giving a shit about that character. | ||

Asmongold brought a lot of people into the game, along with other streamers trying it out. Now apparently also some HoloLIVE streamers are playing it, who also bring in a whole different separate audience into the game that does not overlap with the typical WoW streamer. It's AMAZING to see the influx of players. So many sprouts everywhere. It's not only Limsa that is populated now, Gridania and Ul'dah also have seen a huge influx of players. I'm getting queue times as tank for content I've never had to wait for. | ||

I wonder why FFXIV has never really had personalities become popular like in WoW. I think it's partly because WoW was always so much larger that 'personalities' went to WoW so that they could make a living of it. I'm hoping too they can add some depth to Zenos haha. | ||

Cleaned up my inverntory as well  | ||

I cleaned up my inventory but I still have stuff in them. My retainers are also full (mostly housing items and mats). I'll just discard what I'm not using (also need to clean out my glam dresser) and make room for the new jobs as needed. Grats on the mount and title. I'll probably never get that title lol. I got my lunar whale though. | ||
