What I've seen of the recent streams looks good to me... Generally, I like the UI changes that they've made and as far as story goes, Chris Avellone said it was fun so I trust him! About bugs, that's a bit worrisome but I guess I'm not in a hurry to play it, I can wait a bit for fixes, they've been decent so far with post release support... | ||

Man.. I need to buy this now. Can't let any new BG games to untouched. Hell, I think I'll get the Collectors Edition. Don't have the original EE game either. Plus I'd like to support their endeavors going forward. | ||

I won't mention the whole politic's debate that people are going crazy over due to them changing character storylines and personality's but how do you guys feel about the new art style, and does it effect BG1&2 or just the expansion? | ||

Because they didn't turn off new graphical options. I turned it all off and my SoD only has the new UI. Beamdog knows they are dealing with people used to games from 1998 and before so all the new features are options (but turned ON by default). | ||

Scandal. lol. Honestly I think Beamdog is shady even before this happened. Maybe they had honest intentions and wanted to improve on the game, and not have cash-milking incentives, but their work has always been buggy, and piggy-backed off famous mods which I do not respect. I will be skipping this game for sure. | ||
