I see Laurent Robinson as a complete throwaway in that deal. He will be the #2 WR on what was a offensively inept offense in Jax. I just dont see his value at all in this proposed trade. If you could somehow get Rice for McCoy (straight up) I would take it. Its the rest of that trade that I feel is bad for you. I guess it really depends on what you're team is in need of, but in my opinion rice and benson will have better years than McCoy and jennings. DJ is better than Boldin, but not astronomically so. Laurent Robinson is a hunk of crap, throw him in the gutter. Jennings will play one week, maybe 2. Benson rushed 1000 yards last year for the bengals. With the GB O line, he should be due for a repeat, and get more goal line opportunities as well. McCoy absolutely will not get 17 TD's this year. I say take the trade.

(177) Dan Carpenter (Mia - K) I'm def in the top 4 in the league, one of the more well rounded teams. I think I probably could have gone WR in the 4th and TE in the 5th for some better value. Not crazy about WRs, but I also would much prefer to be strong at RB/QB/TE. Looking to flip one of those QBs for a good WR at some point I am sure. I can def get at least a WR2 for one of them. Ryan is sick value. Not thrilled about 3 SD players but it can work. Overall I think I did well for picking at 9. Matt Ryan was a fantastic pick. I'm a big fan of his and I'm always surprised to see how low he goes in a lot of drafts. I assume you're playing 3 RB's? It seems like you're team is gonna struggle for the first couple of weeks. Matthews probably won't play until at least week 2 where he'll see light duty. So who are you gonna throw down in that flex spot? Ridley? Kevin Smith is looking stronger than LeShoure right now. Mike Williams is a great pick, I think he could have a decent season. If I were you, I'd see if I could deal Rivers or Ryan away for a WR/RB combo. You're starting WR's are Brown, Meachem, and Heyward-Bey. I love Brown, and I think he's going to have a phenomenal year, but still that's a pretty weak lineup.

QB: Aaron Rodgers, Alex Smith WR: Victor Cruz, Percy Harvin ,Mike Wallace, Robert Meacham, Davone Bess, Titus Young RB: Darren Sproles, Michael Turner, Trent Richardson, Ben Tate, Pierre Thomas TE: Brandon Pettigrew, Greg Olsen K: Mason Crosby Def: Green Bay I had no idea last season that we could trade players for draft picks, so one of the guys in our pool had like 11 picks by the 6th round.

Not a fan of the Mathews pick in the first round, guy is a glass cannon (much like DeMarco Murray). Wouldn't be surprised if he got banged up again this season. I don't know how the first round went so I can't comment on who would have been better to pick up. I agree with Fumanchu that Matt Ryan in Round 9 is a steal; guy is going to put up sick numbers with Julio Jones. On another fantasy subject, what do people think about Russell Wilson? IMO he'll be like Cam Newton in his rookie season, cause he'll pick up a ton of rushing points. Thing is, would you pick him or RG3 in terms of potential upside?

jeremy maclin marques colston desean jackson ray rice adrian peterson vernon davis bench jay cutler isaac redman sidney rice jahvid best tony gonzalez mike williams my fantasy team's looking pretty stacked with a bunch of sleepers. I think vick will have a great year, and even if he gets injured, i think cutler's going to have a career year with all his new weapons. i hope peterson will be ok, but even isaac redman is worth starting just in case because he will get the bulk of the carries in pittsburgh

I'm gonna miss the guy, thought he was becoming one of the top corners in the league, but apparently he was out of shape during OTA's and was playing the nickel in practice. Sad to see him go but at least the Fins got some value for him, God knows we need it. Imo Davis never really lived up to the hype. And he always seemed really cocky and annoying even when he was playing badly. Seems to me Philbin have no problem getting rid of players with bad attitudes.

Here's my take: I find the difference between Rice and McCoy very slim (this year), and I also feel McCoy is a better keeper RB, as I don't think he's reached his potential, he's better at goal-line (oddly enough), and I think the Eagles are going to take better long-term care of him than the Baltimore "slam'im down their throats" Ravens for Rice. I also see that my friend is viewing Rashad Jennings in the same light I am: a potential full replacement for MJD, which is potentially more valuable than RBBC Benson. That said, le friend is the one with MJD, so he may value Jennings more valuable than I. That he's "offering more" for McCoy/Jennings confirms my take, for the most part. I know a lot of people here are high on Rice, as previous iterations of this trade resulted in the "if you can get it straight-up do it." I'm wondering what the reasoning was. On a side note, man everyone in the area is all excited for the Skins season. I hate Redskins fans :[

Good thing I'll have done about 20 mock drafts and spreadsheeted my results and relevant data beforehand. I'm not going to waste any time with RBs this year as there are only a few sure things at the position in my opinion, and the league is a QB/WR league right now. Given that my main league is an auction/ppr/keeper league I'm going to go QB/WR/TE and pick up some quality PPR backs in the 40-55 pick range. The rest of my drafts of snake so I'll just take the best player available on my spreadsheet.

Also, what's going on with Detroit's backfield and Sidney Rice's situation? Sidney Rice should be ready to go week 1. Detroit doesn't have a backfield, well anyone worth having on a fantasy team. Best with his concussion is already ruled out of week one. Leshoure out for week one due to a suspension. Their likely starter is Kevin Smith but currently struggling with an ankle injury. Arizona's looks like Wells, Williams and then Howling. Wells is fine, but will always have the injury. Mendenhall was recently taken off of the pup list, odds high that he will miss at least 5-6 games.

Vick had one rushing TD last year (if I remember correctly), so he is going to snipe a few of those from McCoy.
