I think it takes some context of living here. Minnesota and Wisconsin are rivals in EVERYTHING. NCAA Football, NCAA Hockey, NFL, MLB (pre-transfer), etc. And in Wisconsin we refer to Illinois residents as FIBs.

I live in Madison now, so I do know "FIB" and am surrounded by Wisconsin and GB fans. I see how it can be fun to be a serious sports fan, but I still think everyone needs to be able to take a step back every now and then and realize fans of other sports teams aren't terrible people just because they grew up or live somewhere else.

So what to make of the Broncos? 11-win-streak is impressing, but the Ravens are the only real contender they've played in those games. Overall, they went 2-3 vs teams with winning records. I still see the Patriots as favorites in the AFC.

Vikings fans are incredibly disrespectful when they come to Green Bay. It's not like this vitriol was spawned out of nowhere. The Bears are our traditional rivals, but our disdain for Vikings fans comes from their behavior in our hometown. Even Bears fans are more respectable despite their annoying habits and self-importance.
