Dude is realer than real. His interceptions made me cringe though. But even as a complete homer I can't fathom how close we are to a playoff position. I had us at 8:8 at my most optimistic before the season started.

Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that the Rams came to play. Their defensive front was particularly excellent, and the coverage was remarkably tight downfield. It should be noted that Kaepernick was generally good with his decision making in terms of not throwing the ball into situations where it was likely to get picked off. In sum, there were some rookie mistakes by Kaepernick. There will be some additional ones going forward. The issue is whether Kaepernick's upside offsets the risk of those mistakes. Given how he has played so far, I'm inclined to say that he should still be the starter.

Dude is realer than real. When I got into work the Lions were up 33-21 with 9 minutes left. I didn't even feel any suspense because I knew they'd find a way to lose.

It got passed funny in the first half and just became unbearable to watch. 7 interceptions between the two QBs in ONE HALF? Ugliest offensive game I've seen from two teams in a seriously long time. Hopefully this marks the end of the Sanchize.
