If you're standing around spawn tower killing people, you're killing people who are naked and aren't carrying any items.

Would anyone want a teleport system where:
-You can teleport to someone with a command
-They have to accept the request.
-It takes 25s or some arbitrary number of seconds before it kicks in, like the spawn one taking 5 seconds.
-If you or your target move or take damage it cancels.
-You can only teleport or be teleported to once every X minutes.
The reason I'm asking is because it would allow people to work together better or if you need to meet with someone who is farther away, but the restrictions can help it avoid being used for claiming land/war.
Poll: Would you want a 25s wait, other person has to accept teleport? No (21) 91% Yes (2) 9% 23 total votes Your vote: Would you want a 25s wait, other person has to accept teleport? (Vote): Yes (Vote): No

Do you realize that saying something over and over won't make it true? Please stop because that's what's getting boring, or rather very annoying.
Also, your power is "technically" capped at 100, but due to you having had 18 members total with a total of 10 power each, your effective power is still maxed at 180.
Point: You can suffer several deaths and still remain at 100 power. Just because it says your max power is 100 doesn't mean it is, the math still treats your max power as the X (number of members) multiplied by ten, in your case it would have been 18X = 180.
Therefore, your power was capped higher than ours by 70, which was easily enough to give you the ability to claim our land which you would not have had otherwise. It's somewhat sad I have to say this again but I am not complaining about this being unfair, I am merely stating the fact that this is what allowed you to conquer our base, which you could not have done otherwise, i.e. the nature of your victory. Is it that difficult to grasp?

pic plz of my shitlist act. Clearer rules for exactly what is allowed and not allowed in a PVP town. And how will these guards be able to "catch me"?

Guards are just the server admin. Whether you get caught is up to their discretion pretty much.

Ok, I understand where your coming from now, but I will add that at no point did you kill enough of us to put us at any kind of trouble with power, we would still have been able to kill your lane... And this is based off IF the 100 MAX power was true.
You would have had to kill almost 20 of us, which you didn't.

That's not true, you had about 70 power after the battles in the market, whereas we had about 5. If you had 11 members like us, instead of 18, that would have dropped your power by 70 to approximately zero, far below how much land you owned, rendering you incapable of claiming land from us (you probably wouldn't have even attacked us if you had zero power, you'd be in your base just like us). No further kills would be needed than the ones acquired from the battle of Andorhal, where we claimed the field.
There's no point in arguing you would have won without the deciding factor in what gave you victory though because it's impossible to know. It could have even been the case that we would have gone after your base given this hypothetical situation in which you had about 40% less members. Like I said though, there's no point in arguing how it would have turned out under different circumstances because it's impossible to replicate empirically.

I actually had a notepad text doc of the battle results and it was loners at 100, templars -15. I'll agree, it was close and perhaps if there were some changes we might have considered falling back or waiting a bit, but anyway whats done is done.

Day1: I wake up to a new world. At first, I thought it was the same old world, just broken. But as I hear the rumors and whispers of the others, I realize the cities and places I remember are not destroyed, rather they seem to never have existed in the first place. The others seem conscious of this as well, but most have taken it in stride. I fear a few could not handle the loss of everything they once were, everything they once had, but perhaps the promise of new changes overcome the shock. Two things connect everyone in this world, our memories of our past lives, and the new hunger which is omnipresent.
The hunger starts small, a recognition of a need to eat, but slowly consumes everything. When your health begins to fade, the true attack is initiated. Sanity is all the wanderers have to cling on to. I believe some clans have found food, but all have turned me and pseudoeffect down. The fear of thieves overwhelms all compassion. That is, for all factions except the Reapers.
With much reluctance, Kthez offered to feed me and pseudoeffect, but at a price: Our lives belong to the Reapers. A life for a life is a fare trade. The food was less than expected, rotten flesh and underground mushrooms grown with a mystical bone mixture. The hunger faded, but the desire to consume grew. We needed to find more and more food, so the only reasonable target were those that spit in our faces before. The factions which refused to offer food must suffer. I do not enjoy enacting justice on the evil tribes, but if justice is to exist, than I must help it. I should say that is how it began, for I have no misgivings about what abomination I would later become. The reapers raided the Sentinels but their underwater fortress offered only moldy bread. So we raided House Stark, but they only had tools when we searched through their dead corpses. I felt sick at the time, but we have fallen much further. When we tried to raid Infinity, we found an invulnerable fortress in the sky. Whatever magical forces allowed their fortress to be held in the sky was immune to our attacks.
Frustration and hunger led us to spread out, attacking any random person we could find. It was the killing frenzy, or maybe the poison mushrooms we were fed. Pseudo and I are not killers, you must believe me. But the blood of the innocents were on our hands. If I had known I would of become a raper of society would I have had the strength to turn down the Reapers? It is the question which keeps me up at night, the question which pounds in my head as my diamond sword stabs another innocent bystander. I am not a murderer, I swear. If I am to do good in this world I must survive.
As our chests grow, the plunder steels our hearts. Where will the power to lead us? When we have enough, will greed or humanity dominate our hearts? One thing is for certain, the Reapers will not stop until the world is molded by our hand. Will Kthez raise us from the hell we are in, or doom society to an eternity of destruction? Will I care which in the end?

Is there anyway to fix slimes? I lost 5 diamonds along with a whole inventory worth of shit from this huge mineshaft because a slime was glitched in a wall (couldn't damage it) and it 2 shot me before I could even think twice about it. The awkward angle I was at made it difficult to judge distance until it was too late.

At the end of the battle in our base that's true yes, which involved you spawncamping the Templar members who had set their respawn to inside our base where they were instantly killed again several times. I'm talking about the battle after the marketplace though, which would be relevant to the circumstances we're discussing, which would leave us both around 0 assuming we subtract 70 from your score if you wanted to take into account the 7 extra members, but Andorhal was a good battle nonetheless.

What do you think is a fair ratio of iron ore:diamonds
I traded a bunch of diamonds for some iron ore at 12iron:1diamond but I'd like to hear what other people think about the worth of iron ore vs diamonds.

yo, i can't connect to the server. i'm behind a college campus firewall and need to manually request my VPN provider to open ports for me, so i'm assuming that's the problem. i get a "can't reach server" error in minecraft and request timed out when trying a /ping from the command line. what ports do i need to forward to be able to connect? i have the default minecraft port opened already.
