right, this isn't the map we're using for the official server release, they just put this up in the mean time for us to have fun and mess around. some people decided to destroy the town. but what does that have to do with the lag being fixed?

Add a trapdoor above the cave that activates when people step over it and it's very much in the spirit of the server xD

I was one of the first players on serejai's server back in the day. I made all the roads. I was the TLTA: Team Liquid Transit authority. Anyone remember that? Ahh, those were the days... :D

dunno if we were there at the same time. I made the subway station / rail lines with help of others.

Were going to need some people to offer to build roads to everyones faction, other people offering to build rail systems. All of this encourages others to develop economies and create shops for passer-bys and the like. Why buy a diamond sword from the NPC shop for 500 when you can get it from the "Vikings" for 250? Right?
Others still that act as mercenaries (everyone loves mercenaries). Theres a lot to do.
Server will most likely be up today. I wont make promises yet however.

I sure as hell hope it's coming online today ninja :D there's only so much work I can force myself to do.
Could we have some form of "event" happening this evening however, to keep people occupied until the new servers release, I believe most factions have formed and scouted the land they wish to own so their isn't much to do until the release

Do you need these people to do this BEFORE the server goes live? Or is this something that happens dynamically within the world once it's live, like some people get employed as road builders by the "state" xD

If it is voluntary work then I would gladly help out, but as Nikon said above, if this is some kind of 'Job' once the server goes live then I'm otherwise occupied.
