Yes. If they knowingly cheat they will be DQ. If it is a grey zone a replay is more likely. I dont agree with you, if you do something thats against the rules you should be DQ whetever you know about it or no it doesnt matter like that, thats like stealing or something and saying that you never read X constitution, so you didnt knew about it (i know, bad example, but follows the same rule)
I'll take an example from DotA. A team drafted brood + PotM, when using PotM ulti brood attacking wasn't visible. They didn't know about that interaction, even though it ended up being against the rules (there was no heroes that had that built in before Slark). This is also a bad example but from the other end.

The best idea would be to DQ fnatic from DH and 2-4 following tournaments from now on, but most people here don't even know about the impact SC:BW match-fixing scandal had, so here we go.

That wasnt fnatic's fault, blame the mapmaker. They knew about an exploitable flaw in the map for 2 months and didn't say anything to Valve because they wanted to abuse it. Sure, seems legit.

Some guy on reddit said he uploaded a video about the exploit a month ago, but got asked by fnatic to take it down for "dreamhack tactics", not sure if legit though.
Yeah, this would be really terrible. That they hid the exploit to use it, okay, but that they actively asked a guy to remove a thread about it would be downright dirty.

Am I the only one admiring fnatic's passion and integrity?

This is not a comparable example because not only was the Dota glitch not an intentional exploit, it did not directly violate an explicit rule. Pixel walking is not a new concept, and since it is directly addressed in the rules, any team looking to play deviously bears the burden of making sure that their maneuvers do not violate the rules.

yes about the map bug/exploit. that it was pixel walking/against any rules? doubtful.
