Cosmectic with the following "gameplay change" (I might have forgotten some) - No more pixel boost on xbox but a pallet facing topmid had been added. It's way easier to self boost on it but longer when coming from mid doors. - Car on A long has been cleaned up, there's an actual, not broken car here now that can be used as cover. The spot is bigger than before as well. - There's a pole at the end of the small wall next to pit, which can be used to bounce mollies/flash/whatever quite easily when getting there as CT. - T spawn and Long A consist of a road with sidewalks now, which slightly change elevation. - Scaffold outside of B window is way clearer, doesn't have these pesky bars in the way now when you stand on it. - Corners of catwalk are squared, not round anymore. You can still have 90° bounce on them, but it's way harder. - Yard has no more container right below the plateau to hide behind, there's still a couple of dumpsters that allow to climb onto the plateau without going fully around. - B tunnels entrance on B is way higher (and apparently slightly narrower). Same as double doors/sas on long A, the "building" is way higher.
That's the biggest ones I've noticed.

The EU minor qualifier is an absolute shame to CS:GO. Fucking atrocious stuff Cevo.

More cheat infested then eu global matchmaking. Admins react extremely late.

They've explicitely stated that the focus was on visuals in this first iteration, and that they're looking for feedback to help them develop and improve the map, potentially with gameplay changes this time.
Unrelated, but congratz NiP on failing to make it to the minor TWICE in a row. That's some nice consistency there. And with different rosters even.

To be fair to CEVO, random seeds has been a staple of the whole major circuit top to bottom. And the qualifiers have been fuckups after fuckups all the time.
Still I don't get why it's not Faceit running these. They're way more aware of the european scene than CEVO imho.

In lights of the last discussion: mimimi, there isnt any cheaterproblem in csgo just a smal bait, plz excuse me
Serious question: does everyone play with the beta client because the new dust or what? I am currently playing some casual because I can't get shit done in MM for some reason and I keep playing with/aginst the same ppl and on the same servers... It becomes problematic when it is a low population server that I seemingly are unable to escape unless I take a long break. Also I now faced the same 2 obvious cheaters (in causal!!!) 3 days in a row now which feels rather weird. Did I get blacklisted or what? xD

Reel it in boys, I caught a kala
I was just poking some fun, I am more interested in the serious part of my post: Why do I keep getting dropped into the same servers

The main cheater problem in CSGO is the people running qualifier not being competent, but heh.
As to your issue, I don't know. I'd rather play on a service where I don't care about my rank than play casual. :<

short notice on that big scale im not sure who would be competent enough to run that problem free

I prefer cevo's veto system compared to esea's league map of the week. That's just for leagues though. Does your team need 3 bans?

Again I was really just making a stupid joke, and I could have gone a ot harder on the bait, by using the same arguments that where used against a supposed cheaterproblem in the last debate. I even admitted that it was just a shitpost. :-x

Its not because of my rank*, I just occasionally are struck by terrible inconsistency in skill, mostly induced due to loss of confidence which then gets progressively worse to a point where players shitting on me that shouldn’t be able to which then increases my lack of confidence, which lets even shittier players wreck me... and I eventually rank down to a skill group that is so low that even at my shittiest possible I am still are able to compete, I regain confidence quickly and suddenly I am almost back to form and start the grind back to my old rank again while making every game up until around DMG a total stomp. Which I don’t like because these games aren’t challenging at all and most of the time it just leaves 5 people on the opposing team wasting their time in a match they don't really have a place in while I generally also pick up some bad habits which I then have to fix to finally reach my old rank again. Casual just speeds up the process by a lot because I skip the whole turbo-derank phase, even though in the beginning I sometimes even get wrecked by casuals. This doesn’t work though when it is a low pop casual server because you often don't even see an enemy because all the bots rushed the other way and died. Also I now feel like the game ridicules me by shoving the same 2 cheaters in my face, again and again… Today I had another 2 matches with them, I disconnect wait a bit, reconnect: boom, same server. Luckily they tend to stick around for a maximum of 3 games in a row.
* In terms that I don't get any ego boost from the rank, but it is undeniable that as soon as you hit a certain level of skill and understanding of the game, ranks in which people don't even know the simplest executes are not enjoyable. They also fuck up your gamesense since they tend to play out even more randomly. Not that LEM isn't very random itself, but it’s a more manageable clusterfuck of skill and tactical understanding. I also hate the feeling of being a dead weight to 4 other people whose enjoyment suffers, why be egoistical and waste their time when I can just play casual until the being-awful phase is over. I also need people who are a lot worse than in my rank when low hits.

Played 1 game of the new dust 2, I can take it out of my rotation again. Same boring shit with harder to see CTs

I dunno bout the D2 thing but iirc it should come to faceit in a couple days or so.

I noticed smurf and possible cheater population is way higher in dust compared to the others.

2 ppl from my stack think the same (the cheater thing) which is why they refuse to play it : D I also have a lot more obvious cheater overwatch cases on dust2 than on any other map, but I feel like it is mostly due to the fact that is the most played / one of the most played map. As cheaters maybe since you don't really care about the map and just want short search times.
For smurfs it would definitely make sense since the map is very straight forward. Most ppl even in the highest ranks don't do a lot of strategies or executes on the map and it mostly comes down to fragging power at which a smurf normally outclasses the rank he is playing on
