I wouldn't say that PoE declinded in popularity, I read at the day of the new leagues there was another high in players online at the same time. Hardcore however is pretty dead afaik. Also, your value probably has gone up as multiple items went legacy. Not that you need it with 300ex... | ||

I have been working on this discharge build that I saw posted up, and while leveling I decided to use pillar of cage god with static strike, since its a burning discharge you end up with a ton of str nodes while leveling, and I have to say it is immensely enjoyable. More than once I have considered just abandoning the discharge idea and grabbing some staff nodes. The dps on static is 2500 at level 43(4 linked), pretty much 1 shot anything, and I have not a single phys node. I found hardcore in diablo 3 to be way worse, server problems made it nearly impossible to play with the rubberbanding problems and intermittant lag. Past that a bad champion mod pack will just 1 shot you and theres nothing at all you can do about it. If you meant d2 hardcore, well there's a laundry list of issues there too. I have been playing PoE for a long time, ask evo I play like a lunatic with very low life node investment. While I don't always make it past 75 maps, I have only lost 2 characters in maps, 1 was pre-nerf offscreen chaska instadeath and the other was a lovely party member helping the precinct boss to a nice target to chain her attack off of. I have never once in all of the time playing PoE ever died to a server problem, desync or frame freezes or whatever. I have however died plenty of times to being an idiot. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + If anyone think I'm being remotely serious here, don't. So hm any try on the buffed Immortal Flesh yet? With AA nerf the belt give an additional lvl 11/12 physical reduction of AA now. W/o it I feel AA alone is pretty lackluster atm. | ||

Don't do it. ^^ My Discharger is owning endgame. Never had a build being so ridicouls overpowered, never had a build which with people refuse to map with you because it is too boring ... Avatar of Fire Discharger ftw. edit: I died about 5+ times to instable Servers. Cruel Dominus at Release-Night of Act 3.5. Last Season Died to driver-crash, bluescreens thanks to poe .... can't say I haven't expierenced any deaths in 2 years cause of servers being retards  | ||

What's the target % life for characters these days? I'm seeing a lot around 110-150% now How bad is desync for a flicker strike build? I've got a CI-crit build laid out, but dunno how much I'll facepalm. | ||

Flickerstrike ... well ... can be pretty desyncy because of desynced mobs and you targeting them etc. in general it is not quite enjoyable imo | ||
