Barely played all season, but it seems that I've gained more wealth solely because of items getting legacy'd that past seasons when I actually played LOL

what is the next best spell to use other than flameblast for levelling, considering no twink gear, anyone think?

Going by races I've seen I think Searing bond is pretty good. Lightning Tendrils also seems OK. At some point in Merciless Arc will become very good.

yeah i heard tendrils is pretty decent, but isnt the aoe pretty small at the start? is it too mana intensive?

There are potions while leveling. ^^ However I guess it should be manageable. AoE being small... hmm yeah but it kills fast. With AoE nodes it becomes pretty good.

Of course going Flameblast will be best. Top 50 all Flameblast and Arc inc.

First time I'm pretty salty about a nerf hammer. I still don't understand why they had to nerf block while dual wielding so hard. 50% nerf in the tree and nerf on uniques. As if it was OP when Dual Wielding sucked anyways compared to evrything else. T.T Just calculated: My Dual Wield frenzy will be down to 29 % block from 58 %. Nice stuff, really.

Nerfs to other uniques like LC, CoD, Rumi's, Atziri's Acuity are ok in my eyes. BoR and WoE nerfs are dumb imho (WoE nerf basically means, that it has 3 % increased block chance over every other dual wielding weapons, so wow). Immortal Flesh got a huge buff. Finally useful? Cyclone has finally been buffed to where it should be. Only Defensive Auras affecting summoned totem...I don't get that one. Which totem isn't summoned? Raging Spirits and AA nerfs are ok while Puncture nerf is pretty meaningless.

Unless I misunderstand it means that e.g. a Purity Aura affects them like anyone else (based on how far they are away from you) while an offensive aura like e.g. a Herald has effectively unlimited range since it affects you and the totem uses your stats to cast its spell.

Added a new Dexterity Skill - Blink Arrow: Fires an arrow at the target destination. When the arrow lands, you are teleported to it and a clone is summoned at your old location. The clone is a minion that uses your bow and quiver. (Available from the Lost in Love quest for the Duelist, Ranger, Shadow and Scion.)

Added a new Dexterity Skill - Mirror Arrow: Fires an arrow at the target destination. When the arrow lands, a clone is summoned. The clone is a minion that uses your bow and quiver. (Available from the Enemy at the Gate quest in Cruel for the Duelist, Ranger and Shadow. It can also be created with the vendor recipe: Blink Arrow gem + Orb of Alteration. This recipe works in reverse also.)

When you nerf base block on shields and shield block on the tree, iit's kind of necessary to nerf one of those for Dual Wielding. It would be pretty silly/counter-intuitive for dual wielding to be the best way to max block.

These notes make me happy (except perhaps the lack of a mechanics buff to armor). Unless Bloodlines is harder to deal with than Beyond, the game needed to be a bit harder anyway. Some token buffs would have really improved community reception though...That aside, the patch notes say one thing to me:

A question about Kinetic blast.

Do you guys know how it interacts with "increased projectile damage" (I assume it only improves the initial projectile, and not the explosions) and "increased physical weapon damage while dual wielding" (same)?.

I'll be surprised if the explosions don't get stronger with physical dmg, but probably not with projectile damage. Will have to see.
