Rofl, the first "normal" race I've played in a long while. That was over quickly. :D I sold my ground slam gem thinking I have leap slam anyway, then I see I'm lvl 9 with not much exp. GG. Even died to goats then, haha.

EDIT: Thinking about it, I could have get Sweep T_T

That was also my first normal race in a very long time, and also not dying to random stuff in a long time coming. Got to 9th duelist and 20.2, but think I can push for a bit more for near 21 I think. Vendor didnt sell Topaz so I stucked in sin 2.

A month or so back I made a facebreaker build in Ambush and took it through maps and it does fine even with just a 4-link, though my facebreaker is 800 the rest of my gear is much less than perfect. Cyclone was not among the skills I used, but I imagine it'd be viable.

I just had a really weird idea, if you get a soul taker in your offhand will your unarmed attacks with facebreakers still be free? (You can do this by equipping say a 150 dex sword and then removing dex so its has that red box from too low stats and then putting it in the other slot.)

Pretty sure that won't work. If soul taker slot is red -> soul taker unique mod doesnt apply. If the slot is valid then facebreaker mod doesnt apply.

Though there was a time of dual wand facebreaker destroy everything for a period of like a week. Too bad I never had the chance to experience the OPness b4 it was hotfixed.

no i mean the random sword is red, so that way you get soul taker into your offhand.

edit: I just tested it and it works. im not sure if this is actually useful. but if you dont care about your shield slot, you can make your facebreakers skills 100% free. It doesnt attack with the soul taker, just your unarmed.

Well you need to compare 1000% and 800%, so a new facebreaker build will have around 80% dmg of the old one.

Ok I see. Your wording was the opposite.

20% less damage of total damage is quite a lot, but I guess it could still work. Any advantages of using facebreaker other than not having to find a good weapon?

Apart from that though, you are extremely endgame viable for a low price. All you need is cheap uniques like Goldwyrm, Lightning Coil, Abyssus, Meginord's and Perandus.
