For me this reads like RF won't get the benefits of Carcass Jack anymore if you de-equip it. But you will still be able to benefit from Kaom's. I really like that they finally change this. When people started talking about "hey, they could invent snapshotting for everything" like on the State of the Exile podcast I was like nooooooooooooo. Taking this tedious work out and rebalance the skills is the right option to be chosen. | ||
