This league start was so strange. Changed starter build on the last second and kind hate myself for it. I did no damage until I was midway through Act 4. It's fine now though. Also forgot about labyrinth until A10. The first six socket item I found was a 6 link armour which was very easy to roll for my colours...

Least amount of time to play in recent leaguestart history, but enjoying it a lot.

Not that I LOVE the conqs/watchstones atlas by any means, kind of wish this "atlas" expansion revamped or simplified that a bit, but as far as integrating new stuff on top of what was already there they did great. I can't wait to get 4-6 points into each region of the atlas, some of the nodes are so good.

+ Show Spoiler + I guess it would be decent for strength stacking, not sure if any such builds go crit? Not really anything comparable on trade (the pDPS is a tad bit low, I guess) Also does anyone have any recommendations for a tool a la poetrademacro? I used that way back when, but it always felt a bit shady/clunky. What do people use nowadays? I'd mainly like to have something to show DPS of items (ele DPS, pDPS, at 20 Qual etc), so that I dont have to waste time on computing that stuff. Also checking weird items quickly so that one doesnt vendor a hidden gem would be nice.

Just assigned my first points; SSF so focused on grinding eg Cluster jewels, veiled trigger craft, Crab aspect (& Harvest) rather than currency etc. Curious as to the exotic drops from the Invasion/Anarchy pathways. Least amount of time to play in recent leaguestart history, but enjoying it a lot. Not sure I understand it fully yet. I didn't quite get what got the maven interested in a region. I allocated my first points as well. The triple fight was super easy compared to the single versions on the map. At least that's how I felt. Generally, I tried to farm Div cards on a T2 map. Didn't get a single one in the time I got four times the amount of currency to buy the item... Now I'm back unlocking T2 maps because I only unlocked the one I wanted to farm before.

It seems very strange how it works. The envoy shows up for a bunch of maps and does absolutely nothing. I've got about half the map filled in now, but don't have any map drops from the right side. Trying to Zana and get lucky map drops to fill in, but I'd say league is going pretty well luck wise so can't complain yet. Maybe I should prioritize Maven instead of Watchstones? I did get my first witness yesterday, but it is region I already cleared so do I back track and unlock passives for a zone I don't want to run anymore? I need to figure out what things I just need to ignore in reality. I said I wasn't going to do Heist, but I have been for some reason. That is first on the chopping block. Not sure how many masters is reasonable to push for, but I absolutely need Jun/Zana. I'd cut bestiary or Incursion, but I think Incursion gives better loot? Also seems like you want to eventually do X in region Y and Z in region W for the atlas bonuses at some point.

That doesn't seem to work since you need higher level maps for each maven tier encounter.

Watchstone progression gives you Sirus fight which I very much doubt I can do in A8 so I don't need all 32 watchstones. The Maven fight also drops the new watchstones so there is wiggle room there as well. The question to ask yourself should be do you want to fight Maven and unlock more atlas passives (and maybe all in a specific region that you're juicing specifically) or do you want to fight Sirius. I think juicing Jun until I find all my trigger socketed gems on spell cast craft is probably the way to go.

Yes, I didn't mean you need 32 watchstones but at least some to get your high level map pool rolling. I suppose 4 watchstones is enough if you buy a pool of maps but getting there without buying maps seems rough, no? 7-10 seems like a good number to obtain a map pool yourself and be flexible enough to progress the atlas ascendencies in a comfortable manner. Take that with a grain of salt because I'm a scrub and still don't have a good grasp of the atlas. Also correct me if I'm wrong but the new watchstones only drop from the later fights, right? If that's the case you basically can't get them when you need them to progress your Maven passives.

My point was discussing when the ideal cutoff would be.
