It is pretty cool, especially for builds that don't need to spam their attack a lot. Lets you run away easily or run to next pack fast. | ||

Phase Run being used in CWDT is something I know, but rarely have used it and I think mostly Totem builds are going to find it useful at times. Maybe also RF builds? | ||

Basically CwDT Phase Run isn't terrible as long as you don't use Frenzy Charges, it's just that IC/Inc Duration/cwdt are must have links. That leaves one slot at most and there Phase Run competes with a Curse or Vortex (also high level Vaal Haste/Discipline etc who only use the Inc Duration). Those things, on average, will be more beneficial than Phase Run. If you somehow end up having the open slots it's fine, just most builds can't afford that luxury due to what they would be losing for it. | ||
