interesting degen zerker using new Al Dhinh claw. no gameplay footage in that vid but if you watch his stream vods it looks prty fun
@vndestiny the problem with unlocking all T14s and up is that you will get crappy T14 you dont want to run that drop maps that you dont want to run. If you goal is to farm guardian and shaper then yea you'll want to unlock more. if you want to just farm then having T10-T15 being shaped map or nothing is better.
also if you choose to unlock more maps, I would selectively choose maps that are fun / good cards / good drops (opal ring, steel ring, etc). for example in legacy SC I unlocked stuff like scriptorum (shav card), beacon (fun layout), Maze (good drops)
I watched him play this live. It sucks vs map bosses.
Can you use an ED weapon swap for bosses, like Caustic Arrow does? If you're mostly scaling chaos damage, seems like it might work.
I have not seen his build in details so I don't know how much chaos damage and DoT he took.

It's not a good build haha.
I want to try out a full fire conversion EK ignite totemer - Chieftan. I know its better as berserker, and without totems, but i bought this arcane totem skin and I am going to use it!.
Have to level and gear up as flame totem I think. Lot of gear to get EK ignite totem not awful. I messed around with it a bit already on normal HC, geared up a non ascended character.... has some flaws, like mana cost. I really want to use the covenant chest for the BM.

that's actually what im doing haha self cast RF with a couple hipster twists
Copycat confirmed!
Self cast RF is indeed the greatest lazy build though, also great if your internet is occasionally poop because you kill things without pushing buttons.
Has anyone here tried Phase Run with Cast on damage taken? It is pretty cool, especially for builds that don't need to spam their attack a lot. Lets you run away easily or run to next pack fast.
it's a small speed boost, not long enough to be great IMO. I prefer having Immortal Call > defensive curse > vortex > golem in that order, and then im out of space
Phase Run being used in CWDT is something I know, but rarely have used it and I think mostly Totem builds are going to find it useful at times. Maybe also RF builds?
Depends on the set up tbh, with enough skill duration on certain skills you can make phase run quite useful. Srs comes to mind where you run between packs, cast when you get there and then run some more.
I will assume everyone here ran into situations where they clicked a rare box without identifying it first and the mod was Raise dead enemy with Onslaught. You might have also not ran away from the box as soon as you clicked it and then when your health started dropping rapidly you found out all those enemies are now blocking you causing you to die. Phase Run + CwDT saves asses for sure in such situation :D
I don't think I ever died to an revive box, Porcupines/not enough Leech/no Enfeeble however...
Basically CwDT Phase Run isn't terrible as long as you don't use Frenzy Charges, it's just that IC/Inc Duration/cwdt are must have links. That leaves one slot at most and there Phase Run competes with a Curse or Vortex (also high level Vaal Haste/Discipline etc who only use the Inc Duration). Those things, on average, will be more beneficial than Phase Run.
If you somehow end up having the open slots it's fine, just most builds can't afford that luxury due to what they would be losing for it.
Btw skills you can use on a two hander weapon where you don't need a clear skill massively increase the viability of a skill like phase run. A 6 link cwdt setup is quite powerful in some situations.
