anybody who uses flame sentinels as spectres needs to test goatman fire-raisers (the souped up goatman shamans). They cast magma orb in addition to fire ball and are basically just better than flame sentinels afaik. Spectre-GMP-Spell Echo-FirePen-minion dmg(-controlled destruction)

I logged on to standard league and used my free respec to change my old 2.4 era BV Pathfinder into a brilliant new 2.6 era HoWA ST Raider. Sold all my old gear and bought new stuff, even with only about 3 ex invested it clears tier 10+ maps like a boss. I think I might finally beat Shaper with this character, which is my goal before 3.0 hits.

None of my builds i ever played had that issue and i doubt there's almost any outside of avatar of veil builds. You are not going to run kiaras as howa raider and ass coc ci doesn't have this QOL issue at same level. Having to wait 30 seconds before opening a strongbox is hardly a huge concern. This is most huge concern. Just carry one Phasing Flask for opening boxes then. You are making a bigger problem out of this than it is.
You don't just drop a flask slot for that. You make it sound bigger problem than it is when you suggest dropping flask for it while it's not that big of an issue.
raider ability gives you immunity to status effects when you are phasing and also it gives permanent phasing while you are at max frenzy charges.
He probably does not carry any antiburn, antishock and antifreeze flasks so relies on raider ability to keep him safe.
And one Phasing Flask would solve his problems.
That is main reason for going raider or pathfinder. You want vinktar, dying sun, ToH, basalt etc.
Leaving map also does happen because WHEN you will fuck up vinktar usage or didnt get enough charges, you want to get it for boss, which takes like 5sec and skipping boss is bad for rank1 ladder or pushing 100 and i'd assume same twice two for lower expectations.

usually you keep the freeze flask in your inventory, see a box switch a flask gain charges and use then switch back

This is most huge concern. I'm requoting this because I don't understand how ass coc ci doesn't have more issues with status effects than howa. Having played both into the 90's and cleared 99.9% of content (literally only thing left is shaper) I'm quite certain that howa deals with status issues better then anything I've ever played before (maybe juggernaut is better, never played one to a good level). And really, if clearspeed is the ultimate concern then you aren't leaving the map in the first place. You never played Pathfinder BV? No I never really liked bv. Ok, if the bar for a good build is pathfinder bv in 2.4 then nothing is good.

Simple guideline :
relatively easy
- does it have 3 damage stats ? (worth keeping and propably worth something, make sure they work together tho, so no staves + swords or claws combo , thats usually only 1 or 2 dmg stat then->unless for varunastra builda maybe)
- does it have 2 damage stats + Life or Maximum Energy Shield (worth something)
If it has 4 stats and the above listed options its propably really nice.
Theres exceptions for specific builds people play, but the above propably covers 80+% of the builds

Minion damage is an exception for jewels. If you have one with 15-16% minion dmg alone that's already 1C, and if you also get a high life or ES roll you are having a pretty expensive jewel.

Stupid question:
Channeling spells like Blight/Lightning Tendrils and so on don't "hit"?
So added Lightning/Chaos/Frost/Poison/..... don't work or are there some that work?

Blight applies a damage-over-time effect every channel so it never hits it just applies more dots. Sources of Added damage do not work with it.
Lightning Tendrils hits every x seconds (is it even channelling?) so added damage works fine with it because there is a hit to add to. A better example might be incinerate, which definitely works with added damage despite definitely being channelling.

With jewels you usually have to do some fuzzy searching where you pick the most important mod(s) like life and then do a "2 of" and slam in a ton of other similar mods to see what a comparable if not identical jewel goes for.
something like http://poe.trade/search/makotoniikioba should represent the same class of jewel that it's in, although yours is definitely better than some of the ones on display there. For things that chase you have to turn off "online only" although do be wary that some offline listings aren't necessarily going to be part of the market.

I'm divine able from the #1 bow on lsc, idk how to feel about this. It's possible to hit 457 pdps, which is nuts. So the question now, is do I sell or make a signal shot?

Yeh I think I will, already have a decent 6link chest, so I'll turn the bow into a 5link and farm up a skyforths. Also, I'm ultra salty cause I divined over 442 pdps earlier, which I might not see in another 50 divines.
