It is hard to sell things in new league becouse there are so many nice unique items becouse fo Cadiro offers. Try hc if you want nice economy. Items there are just gone with characters

on the bright side, it is easier to get decent uniques for cheap now for your build

but wealth accumulation is tougher.

i've got a question regarding enchantments....

they don't work if the totems do the killing right? for those that say "you've killed recently"
or if someone could explain how they work.

i've got a decree of inferno on my gloves but i don't see any meteor falling from the sky

Not for everyone.

HC is also pretty deep in the dumpster with Cadiro. Bellys with shitty rolls for 10c, 20c for top rolls. LC for 1.5 ex, Shavs for 2.

What this means now is that you need multiple top tier drops (or unid ones for the challenge) to be able to afford the more expensive rares, and even then selling those can be really, really hard because the market is so saturated and everyone undercuts everyone.

Well it all depends what you want to have. If you aim at the best 1h vaal rapier at poe trade worth 20 EX( for example) than sure selling those unique might not get you far.
But if you always wanted to have Kaom's Heart and 5-6 EX was to much for you you can have it now.

The reason I dislike it so much is cause there is so much less to work towards.

It used to be that even on a 2nd or 3rd char I'd hit yellow maps and have a lot of slots I could improve, now I can quite literally spend 2-3ex and be done all the way into red maps. It's not the draw of a lot of easy builds that makes me enjoy the game it's having to make a choice between cost-efficiency and power. My builds feel "complete" in half the time and the challenge that would warrant more gear is gated behind red maps.

Right now if my build wants a LC or a Belly there is zero reason to not straight up buy it and even ripping it wouldn't feel super terrible cause a few exalts aren't much once you were close to red maps. Before this I had to grab good budget rares and stuff like that.

Being "done" so quickly with gear just doesn't fit what I want from an ARPG to me, *especially* PoE where this was a major draw for years.

Agree with evo. The biggest thing for me was I was as strong gear wise in like 3 days this league, when usually that sort of gear would have taken much much longer. I mean it is fun for a league and all and to let people see the uniques and play around with builds; but anything like this in any permanent form would be terrible.

Man. Playing a Saboteur with Chain Reaction makes me wish that was just the default way traps in general worked; it's so much smoother. It also makes me wish that Cluster Trap always threw all four mines close enough together that they would count as "nearby" but I guess that would be too much to ask.

I just wish Izaro's Turmoil jewels hadn't spiked from like 3-5c for perfect rolls to like 30c for perfect rolls...they're so good for Avatar of Fire in general, and especially for Ice Trap where at least solo everything dies in one Cluster Trap.

As if mapping wasn't annoying enough. Mapping in a tier 10, had a t11 drop and a ton of currency already. Servers crash and lose the map and all the loot got rolled back. Game is really starting to annoy me.

It is the same for everyone, in both leagues (though different across the three difficulties). Changes with daily missions.

It is true that Cadiro's offers caused prices for items to drop, but the main reason is the public stash API trading. It has more than doubled the amount of people trading, which is what has caused the major drop in prices. I'm sure next league, without Cadiro, prices will be very similar to now.

It is hard to say which had more of an effect, both certainly have. Point is, even tier 1 uniques are stupid cheap. Just from being in guild chat people were linking shavs/kaoms/voltaxics/everything else in the first few days, and the coin cost is laughable on all of them. I would be very surprised if prices are this cheap in the next leagues, there may be some resistance from buyers at first, but without a gimmick like cadiro top tier uniques should go up again, to prices similar to what they've always been at until this league~

If he becomes permanent his appearance rate is still going to drop dramatically. Ambush league was probably ten times worse than this economy wise, and that is now a permanent addition to the game. The affix rebalancing probably contributed more than anything, but Cadiro's offers aren't immune to rebalancing either.

You also have to consider the frequency of perandus chest occurrences. If they reduce that in new leagues, which they most likely will, players will recieve much less coins and won't be able to acquire the more expensive uniques easily.
