I'm pretty undergeared atm as well, so once I optimize a bit it should work fine. | ||

You can't have souls since it's a brand new area and boss summons don't give them afaik. It kind of sucks, I was hoping to Vaal Double Strike liquify him like most bosses but nope. Maybe one of those funky Vaal Soul on shattered enemy skills could do it. | ||

Kick and me bought a Kaom's off AngryAAs stream for 7.5k coins, we had it up for sale and traded it for a +1 Drillneck a few hours ago. Not sure if the smartest move but if that thing sells we'd be golden. I also got a LC in the unique Vaal Pyramid that's shared with Kick/Lag and just dropped another LC myself. Cloud lied a bit, test character was EvoPlsNoAnorLondo aka my only char in Standard. Armour still pretty much zero. My Izaro fight was unbuffed in terms of him gaining damage (if you ever see him with Frenzy charges alt+f4 unless you know better), Slam/Sunder/Daresso move seemed to be around 2.8k. The worst parts of the fight imo are the very first moment you enter (in my HC fight he casted his Earthquake first and slowed me to hell) and if you ever get hit by the Poison Darts (again, more slow). You can literally walk around him in a circle and never get hit by any of his attacks. Also make sure you roughly understand how the first two fights work on the specific day so you don't fuck up anything too much. Don't ever change direction if there's spike traps in the room, at least I had to focus on that since usually I swap directions sometimes. Always wait for darts to shoot before you cross the road. I did it with 3.2k HP at level 70 on my CA and it was totally fine but I also didn't panic. Doing it on Standard first is prolly a good idea just to see it once and see for yourself how he himself is no threat at all. Damage wise I'd recommend roughly so much that Voll in Merciless Dried lake feels reasonable, the point where your build is like "Nice I can start clearing Voll too without it feeling annoying". It's prolly a bit more than needed but it does the trick. | ||

I'm thinking about putting 2 volley fire jewels into 6 of the available slots, and with 2% life leech in the tree that leaves barrage/coc/4 other spells. I'm a bit worried that I'll be pretty over the cap for crit chance with gear for my spells, as I'm ball parking roughly 70% crit chance with barrage with 6 power charges up. Not entirely sure how my defense is looking, I have 173% energy shield at lvl 95, but I have 4/5 jewel slots left over to boost it up a bit. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated, even if it's just to tell me that it sucks. | ||

I have a Doedres Damning (unique ring) which also gives an additional curse. So my question is, do you guys think its worth it to 'sacrifice' one ring slot to regain these 6 points. Id probably spend these points on doomcast or celestial punishment. | ||

The Life leech doesn't work for spells, so it will do close to nothing. Volley Fire also only works with 50+ Dex allocated in Medium(!) range, which none of your jewel slots has. If you want to play with ES... My suggestion would be something like this, assuming you are going to use elemental projectile spells with 2 Volley Fire slots for CoC. I'm pretty sure there are things I missed though.You will definitely need Elreon Jewelry btw, but I guess you already know. @guy above me, one of your choices doesn't make sense. you took 8% mana nodes that weren't required when there are 8% mana nodes with 10% regen at witch. Also Light of Divinity in the templar tree is pretty good, but perhaps you gonna grab that later. As for your question... I got no idea, it's a hard choice which depends on what rings you have available and which points you could grab instead. But if it was me I'd sacrifice one ring for Doedre, if you only want 2 curses. | ||
