Though with 2 Large Life Flasks you could just run through mostly, what I was doing at first was even more inefficient haha :D. My char is only lvl 25 or so right now, as I didn't play much yesterday. I wanted to level with EK but got a +1 cold wand from Hillock and then even a rustic sash + speccing the first 5 nodes in physical damage didn't make it out-DPS Freezing Pulse, lol. I ended up using Freezing Pulse until I got Blade Vortex, which has too imba single target damage to not use. ![]() Oh and I was surprised: Cadero or what the guy was called sold me Wanderlust for like 25 Perandus Coins at lvl ~14ish. :D Very nice.

I did one of the challenges (sins, normal) on standard before I went to bed and the traps did like 600 dps to my high level char... I hope it won't be as much for low level chars or I won't be doing them for a long time. Only had 23 so I had to move forward and backtrack once I got the coins. And in the next area he wanted to sell me the +1 curse ring for 73 coins, lol.

You cannot do anything except having good regen or good flasks. Sins was fairly easy, I think the shitty one was in lower prison. And that sucks. Getting Wanderlust in Ledge of course is great, but the curse ring and so expensive for that level... damn ;( Wanderlust was the only unique he offered to me so far, despite doing every quest and not rushing at all. Other things were a rare Coral Amulet, a blue Quicksilver flask and something I don't remember. Didn't buy those. edit: I forgot, you can also use movement skills. I'm already using Whirling Blades even though I gotta use a pretty shitty Dagger. It's still faster than moving even without faster attacks.

Just traditional physical damage mitigation or what? Like I said, you can do nothing. Not even overleveling will help you against the traps. From what I remember GGG saying they always deal a fixed percentage of damage. You can 1) practise, 2) get faster movement speed / use movement gems, 3) block poison darts with totems / zombies and 4) get some life regen and good flask also help. That's probably everything. reddit link <-- hc guy dying at lvl 90 to normal labyrinth. enough said I guess.

I dunno it's an interesting concept but this seems sort of jammed into the genre.

You will have to be as careful as a lvl 35 guy would be in terms of what the traps will do. As for the fights, you should be able to do them easily considering people on reddit say you should be ~lvl 40ish with 1,5k hp plus.
