edit ok i figured out probably its the warlords mark curse. those triggered attacks can still stun and would still work with endurance charge on melee stun. Why wouldn't it work? warlords mark is completely separate but also helps generate endurance charges yes.

Having fortify refuse to fire on any trigger gems (including Reckoning/Veng) makes me so sad. It would incredibly useful :/
The warlord's mark thing is to make them more likely to be stunned, not cause of the other endurance charges it gives. (Also, thats super cute and I'm taking it for my build)

yeah i used to have ecoms when the trigger gems first came out on my cycloner, it was super nice though it falls off w/o damage supports at high levels

It's super close to what ad1ce did in Talisman and that build was such a beauty to play. :3

Don't pick a build. Pick a skill / combination or Ascendancy and work from there.

As for evobuilds as Smuft said Mistress of Sacrifice is bullshit at the moment. Wouldn't surprise me to see it getting nerfed into live. Other obvious bullshit includes anything Bow-Fortify-Duelist, anything Ranger Flask-Class and anything Crit-Assassin (SWT lol).
I think the ignore ele resist Inquisitor is maybe overvalued for solo players but definitely overrated for groups. Hierophant (anything Lightning) is prolly what I'll roll 2nd cause it sounds both fun and broken. There is also most likely bullshit for 75/75 block Duelists, Bleed builds and High Dodge builds (Ranger hits 66/60 with Quartz+Hyrri's+Ascendancy, can push one of these to 75 with boots).

I plan to do Chieftain RF totems till 85 or whatever since no gear requirements and op damage at cost of clear speed, than spam 70 regrets and respec into berserker firestorm and abuse the +40% MORE damage from ascendancy along with pain reaver (can drop warlord's blasphemy, pick up ele weakness and skip every mana regen node), elemental overload and elemental focus. I did up to T11 maps last season easily with regular firestorm and this new stuff more than doubles my damage.
Or I'll just start with firestorm again >-_->

Is that earthquake/sunder build viable? I saw some alpha gameplay of it and it seems to work nicely...does it require anything ridiculous?

I think the crit Bladefall (EK earlier) Asssassin build I was speaking about yesterday (build link; changed some stuff slightly, mostly took +1 curse because I won't need to run hatred as I play duo+ all the time with this char) will just kill me every reflect monster, which I don't know is a good idea honestly... even though I play on SC, losing xp blows past lvl 80ish. I don't think even having Warlord's Mark + Life Leech + Vaal Pact + Physical to Lightning + Phase Acrobatics will solve that, probably need even more stuff...

I was thinking about how to take advantage of poison in Ascendency, and looked at projectile damage for double dipping. Not sure whether Pathfinder or Deadeye is better. For Deadeye's Powerful Precision, one usually thinks of it as giving +100% crit chance up close, but it's actually +200% crit chance for tornado shot and and shrapnel shot.

I see, thanks. It does seem that "your chance to pierce is never above 100%" is a mechanic in this game.

Yes, Pierce can't exceed 100 %.

Operation Purge successful, down to 57 out of 77 members. Still 100 pts in guild bank thingy.
Ended up not kicking two people that didn't fall under conditions, RicJames (visited PoE forum in the last few days) and Sintflut2012 (been a while since I saw him but 2012 join date and I remember playing HC with the guy. We'll see if he'll show up <3).
