Small changes, but lots of them, to a character is what people bitched about from Super to AE. All those changes combined will have a bigger effect than nothing at all. Sakura changes are small but still buffs in the end, and it just reiterates my point that Capcom feels the need to change every character, even utterly useless shit, and call it buffs and nerfs, that is what happened from Super to AE and all these changes are the same as from AE to 2012, small stupid shit that'll add up, or give more people (Arturo Sanchez) reason to complain.

They're change-notes for the location tests, why not make small changes and tweaks to everything for people to test out and give feedback on. If it doesn't work they can revert it, more desirable than making a change without testing.

When has Capcom ever made a change, realized it didnt' work and immediately reverted it. They don't do patches often, this is the only time we've seen a relatively quick patch (under a year lol). They'll make one change and stick with it.
Anyways, Yun and Yang got raped, Yun had like every fucking special and unique move changed and nerfed in some way, all his target combos got fucked as well, welcome to mid tier buddies.

Yun single handedly made tournaments suck, and not because he's a tournament-winning character either, but because Yun simply raped so many other characters for free. Really good players who main characters that have a bad Yun matchup get eliminated without ever having a chance. Case in point: Filipino Champ, who beat Daigo's Ryu with Dhalsim in a major tournament. Now he gets owned by even average Yuns, because that matchup is about 9-1 for Yun.
Seriously, fuck Yun. No nerfs are too harsh for him.
e: Yang got the nerf bat a little too hard though, he wasn't really a game-breaking character like Yun

I'm not some scrub who doesn't know frame traps, option selects, or someone who doesn't know how to AA (although bison's AA sucks). I know how to play a solid game. It's how to get my game from solid to tournament level and beat 4000pp+ players and not just my friend.

Can anyone explain to me why zangief is considering so much better than thawk? (zangief is always near the top of tier lists and thawk is at the bottom) I see them as fairly similar, so I really don't understand why there's such a difference.
