Well the whole game seems to be revolving around this particular character so it may be a good indication that she needs to be tweaked in my opinion | ||

Well some says the risk is too small for her power, and that's why they might consider her overpowered. I personally don't think she is. As for why not everyone uses her: 1) preference, and 2) because having phoenix brings a level of inconsistency into your game (your games can be decided by a snap-in and a lucky mix-up->combo). Not relying on Phoenix to hold all your marbles allows you to know exactly where you stand every game. | ||

You spend all your meter and give up all your damage to snap her in. Then you have to actually land a mixup on her, which is near impossible due to her air fireballs. Level3 X-factor Phoenix is impossible to consistently beat, and you end up throwing out random supers and praying they hit. | ||
