Her skills scaled so good early too. BoS, Psychic Hammer, and Tiger Strike are retarded.

psychic hammer is banned, and because they are melee (no teleport or decent traps) they don't do well in lvl 9 pvp. The problem is that there is NO SCALING in lvl 9 pvp, or very little. Scaling is for endgame, you hardly have enough points for vit to scale high, and skill scaling doesnt really exist when you have 9 skill points. Zons do really well, sorcs CAN but its a lot harder (lightning is really dumb good if you do it right) summoning druids can do decent if they are dumb, but most melee just loses (except smite, no fhr unless your lucky, which is also often banned)

Just confused about some thing, you lvl to lvl 9 then you go and fight in blood moore? what happens if you get to lvl 9 10 mins before the rest? do you keep leveling?

Level 9 pvp in diablo is like restricting starcraft to tier 1 units, can be fun but it misses lots of the variety and fun that higher level pvp brings.

diablo is not starcraft and there is no balance so making tier lvl pvp is the most fun i think. Making many differend characters for pvp and where can i sign?

and i see just 1 mistake in this life potions are not forbidden? so chars will be like stacking life potions full inv and barbs will own everyone

I don't recall stating any rules yet, so not sure where you're getting your info from.

In other news, feel free to keep discussion or suggestions in this thread but the tourneys will not start for at least a week or two. There's a lot of setup involved (which is coming along nicely) and I will post updates as they are available.

I'm ready guys lets do this!!

everyone stays allied
nobody is allowed to return to town until they hit level 9
no going above level 9
no leaving the game or act 1 (no killing andariel, not that anyone ever does)
no unpartying until level 9
drops are ffa
no healing pots allowed in duels (antidote / thawing / healing / rejuvenation)
mana pots are allowed in duels
stamina pots are allowed in duels
alll characters must be fresh with a signed name given in the channel to prevent muling/cheating
duels are 1v1 at the end of the game once everyone is level 9, bracket tournament

psychic hammer, prayer & poison javelin are always banned.
