Same with Arbeloa btw, ridiculous. Yeah Villa was overreacting, but he did intentionally step on his leg =[. I mean I can understand a bit of rivalry but intentionally trying to hurt someone on the pitch is just sad.

i think pepe's actual yellow was a bit soft, maybe i missed something

villa definitely fouled him and was being a bit of a bitch about it but stepping on his leg is inexcusable

Well they did a pretty good job at shutting down Barca, and created ome pretty big chances. Dont think barca had any real chances yet.

That yellow was a very very standard yellow card; he interrupted the counter attack. Textbook yellow card.

However that foul on Messi where he stood on his ankle (often due for a 4-6 weeks injury) was a deep red.
