The VX6-7 and the Serpent both kill the fastest. The serpent kills slightly faster but takes longer to reload, the vx6-7 slightly slower but reloads a hell of a lot faster. Otherwise they're basically the same. I personally like the vx6-7 more because the slow reload on the serpent doesn't outweigh the extra dps in my opinion.
well thanks you just made my decision quite easy, since i'm constantly finding myself reloading everytime i kill someone lol, bad habbit that always sticked around with me in my FPS games
I just started playing this week and was wondering if there's an easy way to tell enemies from allies? I'm having trouble telling if it's an enemy or not and sometimes hesitate for fear it's an ally and then i get shot at first due to hesitation. This is especially bad if we're both running towards each other and I'm not sure if it's an enemy or not till we get closer. Their names don't always appear in red right away to signal enemy.

There is always a blue icon above their head if they are freindly, or green if squad member.
Enemies have no icon above their head, unless spotted.

I always spam "Q" and immediately open fire when I hear my guy spot an "enemy." This didn't quite work back when something was said for friendlies also :p
I spam Q and when that doesn't work ( sometimes, nothing happens ) I shoot. If I get a warning it was a friendly, but in some situations it's still better to shoot first and ask questions later. I'm a medic most of the time too, so healing friendlies after I hit them is also not an issue.
Watching all these pilots stream and videos of pilots on their killing streaks getting 400-500 xp per kill and not really ever worrying about dying is agravating when you try play infantry and just die die die die, be it tank shot, snipe shot, dalton from a lib, rocket pods or whatever. Come the sale day, I'll join the bloody pilots in their rocket pod menace.

Mosquitor/Reaver = free kills. Only a tiny handful of people are any good with aircraft and they are not much of an issue
Yea I mean, I know how easily you'll deny air space with a couple AA MAXes, but then the flyer just goes somewhere else to spam his rocket pods. Being AA in this game is like the worst thing ever, you'll never get any xp since everything can simply fly away after you deal enough damage to scare them. Then they repair and come back.
I just started playing and i was wondering if you get better weapons as you play more? I know a few times i feel like the other teams weapon destroys mine?

You are also able to upgrade your weapons with different scopes/things that reduce recoil.

The infantry weapons are largely sidegrades. The default weapons are pretty damn good on their own as is.
Usually I hate when noob questions are asked on some random forum but I saw it discussed previously with no answer. If I unlock the VX6-7 on my engineer will I then have it unlocked on my light assault?

Yep. Light Assault and Engineers share their guns/attachments.

Hey so we just pushed a client that we're HOPEFUL will fix the weird vehicle position issues that have been going on, like the vehicle disappearing as soon as you get out of it, or being told you're out of bounds, or not being able to repair it when you get out.
Please let me know how it goes, and thanks as always for all your help.
Good news everybody?
Also, people who log on to alts to TK sunderers need to diaf.
Very, very frustrating for new players. Very, very frustrating.
I guess I'll give it a few more tries before I rage-uninstall it. It's a pity, beause it could be a very appealing game, but this clusterfuck everytime - countless sources of instagib, hopelessly uncoordinated squad movements and profound lack of communication paired with somewhat counterintuitive controls is a bit of a pain.
