Just shoot an arrow towards them. If they are an enemy as you're crouched, your eye will open slightly. If not, you will remain hidden.

Ya but sometimes that like pulls a bunch of people from far off... I'm not sure why but if I shoot an arrow near people sometimes they freak out, and I end up fighting like 20 dudes at once. Maybe a bug I don't know.
Another "bug" in my game is the freaking moose. I can go up and hit them with my sword and they just accept it and die. But if i pull out my bow they somehow know even when im sneaking around and sprint away...

If you're crouched and behind any form of cover at all, the aggro resets in like 5 seconds.
Confused.

Could anyone tell me why i can't ''dual wield'' magic? for some reason i can only use my left hand for magic. I am a DarkElf, is this why? if so what classes allow me to be a full wizard? <3 <3 plx halp!

M1 and M2 for dual-equipping.
So M1 for one hand and M2 for the other when you're in the magic menu.

And if you make a sneak potion and also caste muffle spell then you can disappear in front of everyone instantly without disappearing :O I did this twice in a row to dagger kill one boss in particular.

despite having read through so many pages of this thread, i can't find anyone talking about switching from bow + arrow to dual wield daggers in combat. Can anyone explain to me how to do this? I've tried using favorites but it will only keep the left hand/right hand settings for one use and then reset. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah i read this in some other forums as well but it doesn't work with me. It only equips magic stuff on left, it's impossible for me to use M2.. thats why i was asking about the dark elf thing.. meh im confused.. thanks though.

I'm a Dark Elf and it works just fine.
Maybe you need a Perk to do it? I don't recall, honestly. Far too lazy to check.

I just pause and individually re-equip gear. Hotkeys are far too complicated and not worth the frustration when a quick pause will do a much better job.

I'm loving every bit of this game, but what I love te most, is that I can play on my stone age PC with ancient video card and get great performance and awesome looks. I remember Oblivion SUCKED when your hardware was crap, this is not the case in Skyrim. The game is incredibly beautiful.
Despite some annoying bugs I'm mostly having a blast. And I think I've visited no more than 1/5th of the world.
LOL'd my ass off at getting offered a drink contest and waking up at a temple halfway across Skyrim. "WHERE THE FUCK AM I!!".

You can do the following:
Put two daggers in fave menu. Pick one dagger and then hit the number 1 (or whatever hotkey you want) then dual weild the second dagger with your mouse. Clicking 1 will auto dual wield the 2 daggers. If you want to single wield a dagger with magic, then you need to choose the dagger you didnt set to 1 and set it 2 with the magic. Otherwise you will need to cycle through the two options. I needed to do this for my dual cast flames vs flames with dagger. My dagger hotkey brings up flames as well and my flames hotkey brings up both flames instantly.
Note there is a bug sometimes where you need to cycle all your hotkeys so that the games does them properly. Its weird but when you come across the little bug you'll see what I mean.

They don't run towards me. They just run. In all different directions and the aggro doesn't reset for about 5 minutes. My sneak level is like 45, and i have points in it also. And if im in a dungeon and I miss an arrow shot, it pulls the entire dungeon almost at a 100% rate. I don't know why, maybe its a bug.
