Also the fact there are less classes and no cross class system. GW1 had 100 class combos? Yeah, guess what is actually impossible to balance. Not just hard to balance, but 100% impossible. Hell EQ2 had 24 classes and that was impossible to balance. That's just too many roles and abilities to deal with without watering someone down, making someone OP as hell, classes stepping on each others toes, or making certain roles gods or completely unnecessary. Maybe, just maybe, Arenanet learned from previous experiences and decided to not make things impossible.

The System was and is amazing for all but high end pvp anyways. ;P

So how are you guys setting up your keybindings? In a game far more movement based than say, WoW, I'm finding it far more difficult to use my traditional keybindings when back then it was for more forgiving to just stand still to do shit.

Same as I've always set them up. Haven't seen anything that would make me change, it's not like moving around is a new thing (always used TFGH for movement, frees up more keyboard around me to use for other binds).

One thing that bugs me bad is the way camera automatically rotates back to frontal view right after you release mouse if you took a peek behind you. WTB free camera movement.

I'm really thinking about joining the TL guild but I've never really played any MMO because I know those are as addictive as crack...

The ambiance in such a guild would make it impossible to stop but still... I wanna have a try.

Finally a release date! Now they need to put out a server list for planning purposes. I need to finish my project for work by September 1, looks like I'll be trying to cram to shave a week off that time so I can nerd out in GW2 =)

Get yourself an Razer Nostromo (formerly Belkin N52TE) or a Logitech G13 and never look back. It is the greatest thing ever for MMOs. I thought it was stupid as hell when I saw a buddy with one but gave it a shot and I'll never ever play without it. I'll bring it to a friend's house if I have to. Personally I have the Nostromo, but in retrospect I would have preferred the g13. It's got a few more keys, the little LCD screen and the backlights are fully adjustable color wise, the Nostromo is blue only. Unfortunately the g13 came out like a month after I got my Nostromo =P

With this coming out and so is MechWarrior Online. I dunno which I'm gonna choose to play. AHHH. I felt I was prob done w/ MMOs and this hasn't really been much that I've paid attention to lately but now that I see the release info I'm like....LET ME IN!!! So I dunno how I'd play both. I think I'll check back with people and see what the PvE content is like. That's most of my fav parts in an MMO most of the time. I enjoy PvP occasionally but am never hard core into it on MMOs.
