Your balls draw aggro too. I believe the target heal draws more just because you can lock 3 people with it. But the targeted heal also heals more, as it scales off your weapon's heal (for whatever reason the balls don't, but the balls also come with condition removal - only targeted causes you to get extra aggro to remove + heal, for obvious reasons). The reality though is that you're going to be using both, as the balls don't heal enough and neither does the target, later on in the game (for instance a strong hit by a boss can take out 50k hp from my lancer... targeted heal with my mystic only kicks ~25k hp, go figure). You really have to be using every tool at your disposal, heh.
Oh interesting. Am I supposed to glyph it that way? I know I can also glyph it with distance. If the +1 target is known to be effective I will glyph it that way now.

Uh, I glyphed it +1 target because dungeons usually have at least three melee, but I don't know of any set rules. I just don't personally find distance too important because I'm in range for aura anyways, heh.

Any Priests around?
Does Regeneration Circle ever become useful? It costs a lot, heals the least, has a long cast time, long cd, and just doesn't really seem any good.
The only time I've been using it is chained after Purifying because it seems intuitive, but when I think about it wouldn't just using the other heals be a lot better...?
Also, I usually play with a Slayer friend (read: A class with no taunts). I hear heals count as crits and so I find myself being aggroed... A lot... Are there any good threat manipulation strats or do I just have to run and hope I don't die?
I'm around 30s, btw.

Sounds like his damage output versus damage taken ratio is not good. Heals don't count as "crits," if you're pulling aggro it means he needs to take less damage or you need to be more economical with your heals.

well glad to see company that runs tera EU is still trash. Think ill swap to na as well

That skill is limited. Used in PvP as openers to give extra HP regen and in certain dungeons with constant DoT to counteract it.
As for drawing aggro, heals (especially focus, self, and healing circle) draws quite a bit of aggro. Hopefully your partner(s) don't get hit often so you don't have to spam heals.

Finally did my first BAM quest solo in Tempest Reach. Sadly, I feel like the Naga are some of the easier BAMs in the game that I've encountered, so it doesn't feel as rewarding. Still, I wasn't over-leveled for the lvl 42 BAM and I haven't done the Necromancer instance yet so I didn't have the latest gear. Feels good overall, despite the loss of crystals from a few deaths.

Oh is the TL guild on Tempest now? The 'old' TL guild used to be on VoT, but after the server changes and what not, I'm not sure what happened. Nota (old guild leader) and I are still on Mount Tyrannus.

Leveling my Warrior again, I got to say it is the most frustrating leveling experience that I have ever had to deal with. Each goddamn fight is like a fight more my life. A few mistakes would end up in a death =_=.
How's End-Game PvP? Is it a shit fest or can you actually see your skills out class others? Low skill ceiling? High skill ceiling?

Bgs are determined by which team has the best priests, most geared archers, most geared lancers 90% of the time. As for warriors right now they suck ass at mass pvp and bgs, they are 2nd next to lancers when it comes to 1v1, however they will do decently well when 3v3 comes out. Also they are getting nerfs to 2 of their primary stun and lockdown skills most likely due to the nature of 3v3 arenas, with cascade and the backstab resets being removed, however the new immobilize and kd system will probably make up for this nerf. If you are a pve person though warrior tanking is really skill based when it comes to instances as you can solo tank mchm the hardest dungeon right now with ilvl139.
Heres my rundown of the classes for pvp.
Archer- best dps in pvp period, indisputable, its single target dps is just as explosive as zerker while its aoe dmg doesn't scale down with multiple targets standing in it. however it is really lacking when it comes to pve. RoA will be getting a 10% dmg nerf but it wont change how dominant this class will be or its position within the classes when it comes to being the best pvp slayer.
Zerker- one of the best single target dps in pvp, and indisputably the king of pve dps although they dont have as many escape mechanisms. Good zerkers can easily snipe priests in bg making the remainder of the fight really easy, good zerkers can 1 or 2 shot any class as well even geared lancers.
Sorcs- when it comes to pvp sorcs have slightly less spike dmg when it comes to single targets vs zerkers and a lot less aoe dmg potential compared to archers. although a good chain leash coordinated with a fireblast can do some massive dmg its still not as strong as a good RoA, however hailstorm is the best skill period for capturing points and defending/delaying capturing of points in bg. As for pve sorcs do really good dps, not as good as zerkers, but have amazing escape mechanisms. In the upcoming class changes sorcs will be getting dmg increases up to 20% across the board with some of the most essential skills as well as huge cooldown reductions on some of the best cc in game, up to 50% reduction.
Priests/Mystics- both are viable for pve but if you are trying to optimize mystics would be best. As for mass pvp priests are more essential vs mystics although mystics still play a vital role. For 3v3 arenas though mystics are more dominant as both its skill set and leader board representation will show. (they hold 24 of the top 100 spots)
Lancers- essential in pve and pvp. Anyone who knows what they are doing or talking about when it comes to pvp knows lancer doesn't just set the stage for the whole bg or mass pvp with pledge and leashes, but they can also tank a stupid amount of dmg with iron will, shield, and second wind. When it comes to the ability to dps good lancers are able to kill any class in 2-3 skill rotations, their primary skill rotation is a 3 second cool down one, even healers if you know how to lock them down. Also dont think for a second just because lancers are tanky that we are immobile as with the right glyphs we can easily escape from any situation unfavorable to us and chase down any class. This was my main before I stopped playing a month ago, but it was no problem averaging 7 kills and 0.4 deaths a game even while solo queuing with some of the best like doll who can avg 11 kills and 1 death, on some occasions when I do get put on premade teams I get upwards of 19 kills in 1 bg. Keep this in mind as wallop is getting a 45% dmg increase, our strongest skill that can already crit for 20k on geared players and upwards of 40k on moderately geared players. Aside from that we are also getting an invincibility frame, the new immobilize/kd system, and debilitate will be able to reduce heals by 50% which makes locking down healers easy for the most unskilled lancers.

Well I hit lvl 28. I can still play the character, but I gain no experience now.

I kinda wanna know as well if its hopeless to play on EU?

Looking at the instance dungeons it feels to me that the pvp server has at least 5 times the population of the pve one. =\
