Do you think he and other QBs like him in similar situations would have been better if they would have been drafted by a good team that was stable? Would a guy like Joey Harington been better if he wasn't thrown into the mess that was Detroit? Conversely would a guy like Brady/Manning/etc developed into a poorer player because they went to a horrible/unstable team?
Basically im asking how much the state of the team affects a QB. Didn't Manning go to a 2-14 team? >.>
well manning was the first step polian did after becoming gm. if anyone remembers, he traded faulk to the rams for some draft picks (i think) and went from there.

Damn, Fairley and JJ Watt? Two game-changing D-linemen right there.
And now that Ingram and Clay declared, I guess there will at least be a good RB in the draft.

Lol, the 7-9 Seahawks get the 25th pick.

this years super bowl will be the year of failing quarterbacks minus rogers, ben rapelessburger, jay cutmore from our lead, and the dirty sanchez himself. If anyone makes it, i hope it is rogers, he has been working his ass off in green bay

Pay $800 to sit on the grass. Sounds like a good deal to me.
Edit: Hey, it gets you free parking too!

A poll in Seattle before the game showed that more fans wanted the Seahawks to lose vs the rams than win. They were the smart ones.

So Seattle makes the playoffs this year with no Super Bowl, and gets screwed in trying to strengthen their team, while the Rams get a decent pick (why does that idiot have them taking a WR? Avery will be back next season... they could probably use more help elsewhere), and continue to strengthen their young, improving team? Seems like the Rams got the much better end of the deal.
I don't get why Denver would go CB at number two, when their more clear need is a good set of DT's, or a single DT if they continue with the 3-4 scheme. If they don't continue with the 3-4, then they should probably look to trade Dumervil, since he's obviously a better fit in a 3-4 than a 4-3, and he'd probably pull a decent pick, despite this year's injury.

Heyo, I can see the Skins drafting Newton, mmkay? That one's not a bad mock pick, because it's the Redskins.

He kind of fits the Shannahan QB style too. Mobile, big arm, etc.

If the Panthers take Bowers then Denver will take Fairley. Peterson or Fairley, they're both great picks and everywhere on denver's d is something that has to be addressed

Yeah, pretty much. Well, except that DJ Williams, Bailey, and Dumervil (3-4 only) are still beasts. I'd see if there's interest in Bailey, personally. Maybe they could still pull a second for him. At this point in his career, why not? They aren't going to a championship any time soon, most likely, so make a total youth movement, imo.

This is an absolute bargain compared with tickets to get in to the stadium (range from 1-6 grand a ticket). With that being said, most would rather be IN the stadium then out.

Bailey is a free agent after this year.

Ah, I thought the extension talks were finalized with an extension. It makes sense if they weren't, but I don't really keep up with player contracts very much.
