Pretty sure everyone (myself included) just gets PL'ed to 70 these days. I haven't had issues finding groups at 70.

looked into it and it seems that loot from the blood goblin found in a regular map outside the grift scales with the level of the grift & the number of people inside. exploit works with the gilded goblin as well but that's obv less attractive than shards.
I wonder if difficulty is scaled to the grift or the torment level?

if the ptr and 2000% leg drop rate has taught me anything, it has taught me that having everything you want makes d3 a very dull game, very fast. personally, although the idea of infinite shards is awesome, at the end of the day i would hate myself for doing it.

i dont think they'll rollback a season since gr level and paragon level are the two main metrics of competition for seasons, and gear level is not determinant for either.

Ok, abit of derailing, but it's time someone explained because I'm amazed for too long a time. Why are people so adamant on clearing rifts? It had some merit like a year ago, but after grifts got introduced and the drop of rift price from 5 keys to 1 it seems utterly pointless. Yet in every single game there's someone who's "WHY THE FUCK DID YOU CLOSE, YOU MOTHERFUCKER". They're not only upset, they're damn serious about this thing too. What's the catch?
