No it's 300 regardless of anything correct? The idea is at level 100 paragon you don't even need neph stacks because they wont help. Level 70+ paragon will be plenty because you will be at 300 with 5 stacks. 300 max no matter what though | ||

Do all of these restrict it to that specific class? Or could I use that bow on my Demon Hunter? I don't want to drop some money on a decent item (with a useless affix admittedly) only to find I can't use it for its other stats  | ||

I just had (almost) the same ceremonial knife drop 3 times on one butcher kill. All 3 same dps, same mana reg, only very minor differences on one stat. Really strange. Imagine you had 3 times the same legendary drop on one kill. :D | ||
