Thank you. I am just now starting NM (just killed skeleton king). I am progressing with friends so we are slowly beating the game but I was wondering if its even worth it to farm shit when your lvl 35 in NM mode lol and if so bosses? Because it seems like killing elites are better in D3 from what I have seen people say but I am a noob so I have no idea on these things yet.

New nerf is so stupid. Everything is affected.. EXCEPT FOR QUIVERS? Dh were already borderline retarded cos they can have a 2hand and offhand that gives dps, whereas normally dualwield would give attkspd. Now with the new nerf... nothing changes?

Its like they only want us to play dh. Yayyyyyyy

I don't understand why you are crying, but your logic fails.

I can tell you many reasons why you are wrong but I'll just post one out of laziness. Go look at the highest bow's dps, then go look at the highest axe's dps. 2h vs 2h a fair comparison? nope.

Obviously DH was the most broken class farm wise pre patch, but post patch if the monsters have higher hp and do less damage as the preview suggests, DH will take the hardest hit. Less attack speed, high monster hp, and still die in 1-2 hits due to no damage mitigation skills besides gloom(which sucks).

And this isn't a competitive game, who actually cares about class balance? LOL.

I'd say he has a 95% chance to succeed. Most softcore barbs w/ similar gear are able to solo Diablo with a pretty high success rate, only difference is that he probably has higher hp/armor/resists while softcore chars have higher dps.

Wtf, is there actually a way to play inferno as a monk without high attack speed? What are monks (and I assume barbarians) supposed to do now?

Btw with tanking you just mean "farm rep costs that i dont have to learn how to play and can just stick to my OMG DPS Build", right? Its so hard to take a deeper look into a class and see "well there are a lot of survivability things" and "well i could get resis too maybe?" ....Nah just pick the Items with most dps and if something is shitty i will just die my way to finish.

Serious most of this stuff i see I would never ever play in HC. People are playing with a game plan that includes dieing and thats so stupid. If it is not HardCore it simply does not matter. Like, lets say next MLG no Koreans are showing up. Nobody will really care about the winner cause he didnt play against the best. Or if you go to your friends and tell them you had amazing sex last night. And if they ask you with who you say your own wife. People will just turn around and talk about another thing.

The Attackspeed nerf will not hurt melees that much as demonhunters. It will not help to balance them out. It will just make it again harder for melees in a way. We will focus on something other. I focus anyway on Crit more then on Attackspeed cause it was in a way logical that they will nerf this stat cause its way to powerfull. Btw thx demonhunters for making melees life harder ^^

You do realize that act 1 and 2 are already very very easy. Act 3/4 are very manageable, and pretty easy once you get geared. They are NERFING inferno monster damage, making it easier for barbs/monks to progress through the game.

Its not the damage that made us problems. Problem was that we cauld not farm gear for Act 3 and 4 cause we have more requirements then ranged classes. Just dps does not work for melees in. So we had to buy items. And this is just not Ok. And blizzard changed it. Its ok for me that ranged classes are OP till melees get their gear up and starting to get a not stoppable killing machine. Thats totaly fine for me serious.

And i dont hate ranged classes, i just dont enjoy playing them cause its so ridicules easy.

I dont like the damage change. This is and was Ok, just removing the extra damage in group play i agree with.Now blizzard nerfing content cause of SoftCore players who in my opinion just dont are allowed to argue in diablo3 at all. Improving drop chances is all i wanted. So i can gear up and dont have to buy shit on AH from ranged easy mode classes.

It drops much but just a Item level that wont help you in Act3&4.

I cleared Act 1&2 would say about 40 times each one and there was just no damn item I cauld take as an improvment. Even the once with perfect stat combination had been to low to even consider taking them.

Right thats why they are nerfing Inferno. So that you aren't pissed off you are getting shit in Act 1 that wont help you for Act 2. That was the whole problem.
