I hope inferno actually feels impossible unless you have great gear like it was for Hell D2 why should it, making a game about leveling is pretty lame making it about inferno and getting geared and running perfectly is a bit better, btw there are a couple things one can do to reach levels quickly, me and my friends rushed another friend to lvl 60 in a couple hours abusing one part of the game in rapid succession then skiping entire acts when possible in order to move onto nm and hell to reach inferno. Which by then you can always work back to get gear and money is a bit easier to come by. | ||

Inferno from what I've seen is no different than the other difficulties as long as you play it safe and leave yourself outs you'll do just fine, didn't do any extra farming for gear just kept pushing forward and got the normal loot that came from that. | ||

I was only running like 4.5k dps on my doll around level 58, while the two non-barbs were doing 7000+ since I had to focus so heavily on not dying. Eventually, I just went Wrath + earthquake to be a one hit wonder where I would run in cast both and take out like half the HP of a champion pack or boss and either die, or back up and do nothing. My other skills for just stuns or pulling enmies closer so the useful characters can kill them. It's fun to see the huge numbers I can put up with Wrath + EQ, but other than that it got pretty stupid/frustrating. | ||

I've only beaten normal with barb as I mained WD, but I absolutely crushed it. All I did was exploit the disables, get the leap rune that gives 300% armor for 4 seconds, makes you basically invincible for that duration, then you activate ground slam with the pull in which stuns for 4 seconds, this leaves only 2 second until the leap is up again. Vengeance will easily keep you alive in that time, and you run the bash that stuns for bosses which basically results in them being stunlocked 80% of the time and you being invincibly armored for the remaining 20%. It was wayyyyyy easier than WD for me. | ||
