My high score is 84, it becomes impossible to balance the ball later on, especially to recover from if you mess it up.
Good luck

so confusing when the wasd pops in, especially on the wrong side as pointed out, constantly tried to control that with the arrow keys to less than great effect as perhaps expected

I'm trying to imagine what the rest of the game will be like seeing as doing WASD updownleft right already uses both of your hands albeit not all the time.

Tips: - always move the green square, and i mean it ; dont stop moving it at all. That will get you used to it ; and once you get used to it you should never pay serious atention to it. I have nevered "died" on that - the first two games are the hardest ones, so pay most atention to them. The blank with the ball gets smaller and smaller and the triangles move much more faster and in more numbers later on

If anyone cares, my suggestion is: -use your left hand for arrows and right hand WASD (more familiar with moving like in FPSs) -set quality to lowest so it doesn't lag (and that's be cheating!) and you can more easily tell how slanted the beam is. -scroll the browser so you can't see your own score

I have nevered "died" on that - the first two games are the hardest ones, so pay most atention to them. The blank with the ball gets smaller and smaller and the triangles move much more faster and in more numbers later on This is good advice. The easiest way to be thrown off is the 2nd task though. Tips: - Keep your focus almost all the time on the 2nd task. - 1st task: Learn to keep the balance with intermittent short taps while keeping your focus always on the 2nd task. - 2nd task: You'll be watching this one most the time, so you shouldn't die on it unless you become distracted. When it gets faster, though, it will throw you off badly if you find yourself taking your eyes off it. - 3rd task: Move the green square constantly around in random motion. When you see a box appear, just move around towards that direction without paying it much attention (keep focusing on the 2nd task). Eventually you will get it via a combination of moving towards its general direction and your random motion. - 4th task: Either keep your thing floating right at the top (hold down SPACE) or let it sink right down to the bottom. Pick one based on the first obstacles you see coming your way. Leave it there and forget about it. When you see, off the corner of your vision, an obstacle that touches the relevant top/bottom edge, switch to the other edge and forget about it again. Rinse and repeat. After 15 mins using this method I got 247. Hope it helps!

And with the drawing thing , u cant focus both at once , so one of them will look better or worse Ever tried to think about two things at once? thats multitasking :D Actually this is a well-established fact. I remember reading this on sciencedaily.com once also, and again at nature.com. The way I got my score (377 look above) (after couple hours of practice omg!) was by training my hands to automatically correspond to certain image in the screen. For example, in the beginning I kept failing at 90-100-ish scores because I couldn't move "right" and "top-left" at the same time. Then by practice i got a "feel" for "right" and "top-left", "right" and "top-right", etc. etc.. there are combinations of hands you can "memorize" to react to what you see on the screen.

Attention: + Show Spoiler + -The name of the game is minimizing the amount of mental resources needed for each task. You need to play each task in a way that it can "autopilot" for as long as possible. -You can pay attention to a lot of visual cues while not looking directly at them, but the crux of your attention is at the spot you're looking directly at. Therefore, you have to divide your time between the games, and pop back and forth between them EFFICIENTLY. Managing your attention and eye movements are the most important part, and I'm assuming you get better at this as you get more comfortable. (ive only just thought about this stuff). As you get faster and faster with popping back and forth between games, you will start to approach a point where you are effectively doing everything at once (i call this the 'zone' in starcraft.) The first time you get in the zone, you will probably realise it, which will make you leave the zone, lol. Ball: + Show Spoiler + this is the main game you're playing. It's like the main screen in starcraft, the rest of the stuff is like the minimap, minerals, etc. It requires the biggest share of your mental resources, and attention. You have to get good at using SUBTLE inputs to make it remain in the middle and never gain any speed. The best possible scenario is: the ball is slightly off center, then you give at a tiny input to send it rolling towards the center, it doesn't quite make it, and it eventually rolls back the the original position, so you can repeat. This process is very slow and takes a long time, which is good. Spikes: + Show Spoiler + try to use only the very top and very bottom positions. When you glance at this game, it is easier to determine if there is a spike coming toward you if it is in one of these extreme positions. If you need to move, check if the other end is clear, and spam the up or down key. This way you don't have to count your presses, or even watch while you move; once you start spamming up or down, you are free to move on. There are times where you need to do more than just move up or down, so you'll need to give this a little more attention once in a while, but most of the time this technique works. Squares: + Show Spoiler + You don't need to clear the squares right away. The pop-up of new squares is very salient, and your eyes AND attention naturally are drawn to it. Try and ignore this distraction, and come back to this game on your own accord. When you first glance here, make a "route" for your hand, and initiate it. By this i mean map out the simplest line or curve that you need to clean up the squares (or at least the oldest squares) and begin moving. Once you begin moving you can look away, but you still need to pay a tiny bit of attention while executing the route; hopefully not enough to distract you from your next task. If you can, and there are no squares up, come back to the middle (like tennis). Glider: + Show Spoiler + This is an on/off situation most of the time. Move your glider to the roof or the floor, and leave it there while you pop over to the other games. Plan ahead and get your timing down so you don't watch your glider fly ever. Messages: + Show Spoiler + When the messages pop up, resist the temptation to take a break. Attention has momentum. Spam the buttons to get back to the action asap, and also to stay sharp. Score: + Show Spoiler + Unless you want to auto-lose, don't look at your score while playing. Not only does it distract you, but the mental resources needed to process a number are very high, and you invariably start doing mental math of some sort. Put a sticky-note on your score if you want, or cover it by scrolling your browser.

The balance-ball seemed to require the most attention. I was comfortable leaving the WASD box on the back-burner until I had the other things under control. The Space-Bar certainly made things tricky.

At 180+ it seems like the blue always catches you off guard. Sometimes you can lose because you had to micro squares and difficult purple screen periods and a zooming arrow comes to your position. So when you get to that point it can just be a matter of luck sometimes =/
