Imo, unless you hug blue and/or build a very early CDR item, flat CDRs are not worth it. If you're not planning to build CDR on your champ at all, they are almost useless. There are exceptions, ofc, but from the raw DPS standpoint, it is all true. The point of this post is to warn people about buying flat CDR runes "just because they suit every champ", just like I did. They really don't, and they are the most expensive runes in the game just like dodge seals (which are imo, overrated as well). Taking CDR/18 is twice cheaper and they basically do the same thing. Not that I'm against flat CDR on WW (he should be always wearing the blue) and people that get lots of CDR early (Ezreal with blue and Bruta), but imo unless you consistently hit at least 25% CDR before plvl runes reach flats, they are not that effective and almost certainly not worth the price. But Warwick starts at blue buff, i wasn't suggesting them for anyone but WW, idk where this rant came from lol. "whats the best runes on ww?" I'm thinking now: Meki 2 pots, Manamune, Beserkers Black Cleaver Sheen Blood Thirster. 21/0/9 Runes Cleanse/Flash Crit Chance Marks, Crit Chance Seals, Mp/5 per Level Blues, Arp Quints. Get one of each skill to start with (E can be helpful in early fights.) Max Q -> E -> W getting R when possible. I played a heavy harass with the large amounts of mana. Farming is very easy with Q + R on last three creeps. Also does a lot of damage to anyone caught in it. Black Cleaver is the key item, so obv if you have the money to get one, then skip other items. I don't think Trinity Force and Banshees are that necessary early on. Tri-Force is ok, but I prefer a big damage, glass cannon corki. He has plenty of escapes and whatnot that I don't think that getting survivabilty early is important if you have confidence in your team and positioning ability. Sitting in the right spot and Gatling Gunning a whole team with various Phosphorus Bombs and Missiles is a lot of damage. Saving your Valkyrie for a good escape (over walls for example) can destroy a whole team. That was the old AD build I went for. There are other ones but I'm so out of touch with them. | ||

Personally, I would prefer the AS reds but I don't own them so at least the ArPen helps with the physical damage portion of my ult for now. Personally, I prefer the MRes/lvl over CDR because they help you live longer in the later stages of the game which can be huge. On a side note: Galio's ult + a MF with 415 AD = dead enemy team | ||

I prefer flat CDR blues. Golem + spirit visage + flat cdr blues is max CD im pretty sure and being able to Q that many times is like being fucking mundo. | ||
