Wat? Memory leaks typically consume memory, not CPU usage. Sounds more like some useless instructions are carried out infinitely.

Leaks can cause a spike in cpu usage. Gradual degradation in performance is usually the primary symptom of a leak.
I've seen a lot of pictures from the LoL forums of the launcher consuming more memory than it used to. It's nowhere near what I'd consider "too much memory", but I guess people are saying it's magnitudes higher than what it previously consumed. Might not be a leak, but they're certainly trying something different that some people's machines dislike.

It's constantly high though. Afaik not typical for a memory leak. Doesn't rule out the possibility of a memory leak of course, but there should be a different reason behind this.

If they meant that CASTING ignite interrupts his ult, then, yeah, that's how channeling works. And ignite on Malz is bad.
eh... ignite has always been castable during malz's ult, which is why ignite is good on malz. puddle, ult, ignite = stupid amounts of dmg. The only thing tho, is that the range of ignite (and dfg for the person who mentioned that earlier) was shorter even than malz's old ult, which means that at its new length, if u use it at max length, ur gonna move when u cast ignite.

correct way to play teemo: b4 engage battle, turn OFF your W and turn it on when you need to chase or escape... took a while for me to realized T_T...

went 18-2 with kassadin last night and we still lost :<. It was extremely close but our team was just not equipped to deal with their tanks... maybe if we'd had people modifying their builds to include bloodrazor or something... I just don't know.

If they were stacking a lot of MR (to counter Kassadin), you can consider getting a Lich Bane, as it procs physical damage. But without your/their team composition I it's kinda hard to give tips :p

I was 18-1-14 as Kayle, and my team had 32 kills total. Yes, I was literally involved in EVERY kill my team made. In the end once they killed me by all focus firing me down when my teammates decided to split up and run away instead of fricken fight next to our tower, they were able to push and destroy us in less than 30 seconds because my team was absolutely worthless. -___-

Whatever the hell you want. I'm a fan of 15-0-15 because I'm too cool for 21-something.
Summoner Spells: Flash/Ghost always. You need to run faster. And you need to run away since as soon as you get caught you're fucked 99% of the time.
Runes:
I don't even use any offensive runes. I guess attack damage is cool.
Skill Build: QEQWQRQEQEREEWWRWW
Q is your bread and butter. And both times it procs Tiamat. Fucking awesome. E is your slow. Use it to slow people, and as a setup for your R. W is useful if you're going some attack speed build. But you really don't need it because you kick ass anyways. Get one level to fuck over those stupid ass healers. R is what you pentakill with.
Start with: Faerie Pendant or w/e that stupid mana regen item is called. the 180G one. Regen Bead, that 250 HP Regen thing. 1 HP Pot.
Go mid. Use Q to harass the enemy. If the enemy is hiding a little behind the ranged creeps use Q to shoot the ranged creep that is furthest back. If they are hanging between the ranged and melee, use Q on the nearest melee creep in front. If they are in front of those, shoot them in the face until they cry. You can hit and run easy cuz u start with like 390 ms. If they hang really far away from the creeps, free farm and be a dick.
You should be able to get every single creep kill unless you are harassing like balls. Failure to do so means you are not brave enough.
At level 6 feel free to ult a creep wave when the enemy is in range. That'll get them low enough to make them run away, at which point you can free farm. Finish your 1st Tiamat before getting boots. I like Mobility boots cuz having 500 ms is fucking awesome, but it makes you super susceptible to getting caught and owned. Although it's usually going to happen to you anyways as soon as you get caught so you might as well minimize your chances of getting caught by running like crack.
At this point you should run around and keep farming. If you see a bunch of weak heroes or a gank in progress run down to that lane to double kill and then farm the creeps. As soon as you see a creep wave just run down to that lane (cuz of ur stupid movement speed) and farm it. Finish your next two Tiamats. You should have them finished by 25 minutes, else you're not brave enough.
Now you do like 212 damage. Your Q should one shot creep waves. Grab red buff and use it to kill fucking everything. Get Bloodthirsters. You don't need a frozen mallet cause you have red buff and 500 ms. If you don't have red buff, you're not brave enough. Feel free to get IE, but I don't like it cause your attack speed is slow as shit and it doesn't help your R at all. Make sure you have like a Rammus in front of you before you R so you can maximize your damage. The best is when Galio ults them all so you proceed to kill everything.
If you're not in a team fight, run around and kill creep waves. Run up to one, Q + E + shoot a few times and you get like 500 gold. Rinse wash repeat. By the time the game ends you should have over 300 creep kills. Otherwise you're not brave enough. If your team is failing you, you're probably screwed, because even the most farmed MF can't do shit if the team can't cover you long enough to rape everything. MF is literally the definition of a glass cannon. I suppose if you get enough money you can sell your Tiamats and buy more Bloodthirsters. Cause doing like 500 damage per bullet with your ult is fucking hilarious.
If you can't do any of these things you're not brave enough and should play Garen until you learn how to be brave.

Spine, I've wanted to know most of those for a while now.
From what I've noticed in-game though, yes Singed with rylais will slow you down with his fart-trail. It's only a 15% speed reduction though because it's an AoE spell.

If you have 2500 Health, it'll be exactly like having a BF Sword + Chain Vest + Crit Cloak.

Frozen Mallet does what we like to call an on-hit effect. On your auto-attacks and abilities that apply on-hit effects (Mystic Shot, Parley, Double Up...). Volley does not apply on-hit effects.

So what do you think, Miss Fortune or Kog'Maw as the better ranged carry?
I'm torn, Kog does a lot more single target damage, but Miss is a lot more mobile, easy to gank with, easier to farm with, and has an AoE damage ult which combines great with an ult like Amumu or Gangplank.

Kogmaw is the better ranged carry, he outfarms MF with his RER combo on a creep wave, he kills tanks way faster than MF, and has utility wiith his R, his slow is also easier to hit.
