(or it just me feeling the cd is faster  )these spells make him more usefull late game and more dominant early on xD and i dun know, the main reason y i dont play dota on garena but bnet is bc i was avoiding ezmode games... i was on east sever xD... | ||

i mean picking the heal and mana spell (forgot name ) and those spell got their cd reduced by zilean skill =.=... (or it just me feeling the cd is faster ) these spells make him more usefull late game and more dominant early on xD Yeah the cd reduction is only for zilean's own spells. Generally useful for doublebombing someone, boosting 2 teammates or spamming it to reduce the c/d on chronoshift. By the way, the "heal/mana" spell is called chrono shift. It lasts 15sec and if the person you casted it on dies in those 15secs it will revive them with some health/mana. So I'm not sure if that's what you meant my a heal, cause it isn't, really. And I posted this before reading the stuff that came before...Clarity is what you meant, I see. No, rewind definitely does not work for summoner spells. That would be incredibly overpowered. | ||

my bro plays akali and he rushes rylai's crystal scepter so he can constantly slow them don't spam your ult, try to catch them without it, only use it if they're getting away too fast for you he consistently goes 11/0/5+ in level 30 games so she CAN be used in high levels, she just needs some support (i generally play shen to back her up) | ||
