But that's just it. You can easily get 200+ ck by 20 minutes as mordekaiser. With one or two kills on top of that, ur looking at around 5k gold. Get force of nature, boots, and Warden's into Randuins, followed up by a Rylai's. FoN gives you the regen and MR, so you never have to go back to base aside to buy. Randuin's gives you CDR and slow. Rylai's gives you HP and even more slow, which triggers off ALL of your abilities. His Q gives you slow.. His spinning gives him slow. His E gives slow. His R gives slow on every tick. With these easily farmed up items, you now have enough MR and Armor to hold off anything. Add a Guardian Angel, Abyssal Scepter, and w/e, and hilarity ensues. On top of that your Q has a CD of like 2.5 seconds, so you don't even need a frozen mallet to achieve the results. Morde's goal isn't to disable people per se. His goal is to charge their squishies, ahead of the rest of your team. The enemy has no choice but to focus you (the tank) for several reasons. First of all, if they try to ignore and run past you, you just randuin's + your spinning crap and whatever and slow their entire team by like 50%. This gives your dps plenty of time to kite the crap out of them, while at the same time you're beating them down. If they instead try to go after your dps while avoiding you, you run into their dps and smash the fuck out of them + ult/ignite. Then you have a clone that can slow and do damage and tank and be a beast in general. If you happened to pick up a Teemo/Ashe/Twitch, hilarity ensues. With the Randuins and whatever cooldown reduction you may have picked up, you should already be at maximum cooldown reduction , which is a 60 second cooldown on your ult. Your ult's clone lasts 30 seconds. So in reality, you really have a 30 second cooldown on the ult. And don't say that I'm assuming too much farm, because it's mordekaiser. He can farm faster than anybody. But really, it's not Mordekaiser's insane farm that makes him good. It's his ability to prevent people from farming. Hence he shines in the 1v2 lane where once he hits 5 he can prevent the other team from getting any farm done (unless they have a xin zhao or something, who abuses mord until 7 or so). Because he'll be much more farmed and higher level early game if he's doing his job properly, he can walk into any lane and force the people to back off, preventing them from farming properly. And you can't honestly say that people will as a result go after him, resulting in a team fight, which is probably not a good idea if you're focusing the tank. I agree, in situations where Mord doesn't farm, doesn't go after the slow items, and doesn't go tank properly, he can be ignored because his cc is minimal and his damage isn't all that great. But when he can essentially keep their entire team in stasis while blasting away with his e and abusing the R clone, he can easily end a game in 25 minutes. | ||
