seriously though, it's simply that pet heroes are harder to manage in LoL because it's not built on an RTS platform. | ||

Edit: Personally, I would like to see heimer's turrets be treated as pets because oftentimes they will sit there firing at nothing even though there are things within range of them. Many a time have I dropped a turret and it sits there wasting its super charge by not shooting at a single thing. | ||

Agreed, and I wouldn't mind that in exchange for an increase in control over my hero. Hell, I wouldn't even mind if they were changed to behave exactly like a Tower but i've had several instances where someone can just move in with a minion wave and attack myself or my laning partner without retaliation of my turrets. Slow from the ulti doesn't help much if they won't attack the right target. Also, I've had many a case where they are attacking an enemy hero who is like 2 hits from death then a minion shows up and it immediately switches targets allowing the player to escape with his life. Rather frustrating indeed. | ||

What I meant is it feels like they dream up a hero with all sorts of cool abilities and then release them without testing them. Then shortly afterwards they are hit with the nerfbat to be brought back in line with the other heroes. I've only been playing LoL since the beginning of this year and have yet to see a new hero be released where the players have said "hey this guy is useless and completely underpowered. He needs to be buffed before he can be played" and it is almost always the exact opposite. | ||

Well considering he used to have six and he fired more missiles then he does now I'd say he has been nerfed in that area quite enough already. If anything at all needs to be nerfed on him it might simply be his AP ratios. So that things dont scale with his gear as well. If you asked me though, Heimer doesn't need to be nerfed at all, people just need to learn how to play against him. Most of his strength comes from people not knowing how to play against him properly | ||
