If you start out on blue buff, take Q first and have your team cover you, then ward the river at 1:45 before you start attacking it so you can see any steal/gank attempts incoming. It's a bit faster to do buff first but it's a lot more dangerous, if you die there you're screwed. You also don't need ignite to kill the golem and you should generally be taking ghost or cleanse over it. | ||

I like Riots business model, especially when compared to S2's. Anyway, can anyone recommend a high apm champion? I cant make my first purchase without consulting the boards. | ||

There's really not a whole lot of apm differential in this game, as every hero tends to be complex in their own right, and there's nothing like Geomancer/pre-nerf (oooold) Chen where you can control 4+ different units at once. | ||

It's why I picked up using it (and why I end up with backhistories of games that I can link for item builds etc.) It gives you a full rundown of the heroes you've played, your win rates with them, etc. Thanks Southlight. I remember looking at lolbase a while ago and finding a lot of the data to be fairly inaccurate, but I guess that's to be expected when everyone has to upload every game themselves. | ||

Yup, it's not useful for looking up overall/other peoples' data but if you keep up-to-date with logfiles it becomes a pretty decent personal database. | ||

However, Ezreal might be worth trying, or someone who uses kiting and animation canceling alot like Ashe. Corki might be a good idea even though he's not the best champion there is. Udyr might work although he's mostly a right-click-and-spam-skills champion. Both Nidalee and Shaco have quite a bit of stuff you can do with a relatively high APM. It also greatly helps with playing as Twisted Fate. About jungling with WW, normally I'd start at the lizard-side wolf/golem unless they have another jungler, in which case I'll take the golem first so that they can't steal it. Almost everything was said by 5hit combo, but remember that you skill W first and in the case of wolves, you just get through it with W, never use smite to kill them or you die at wraiths. Smite the blue wraith -> continue. If they're golems, you need to smite the first golem and then get through the other one with W, you reach lvl 2 from these so the blue wraith can be killed with Q pretty easily. With this system you reach the golem at lvl 3 and it's extremely easy to take down at that point, and I greatly prefer this way over the golem-first because this way you'll have the golem buff for a lot longer. I guess I was mostly repeating what he said but whatever <_< Oh but I prefer opening with Long Sword instead of cloth armor, for faster jungling. | ||
