Sounds like games with Shaco in the past week.
Teammate Shaco dies to creeps while trying to jungle, fails in gank attempts and manages to just get himself killed. Opponent Shaco, jungles like a motherfucker, popping up at the worst possible time to gank and overall domination.

AP Trist.
How I play her (note I'm bad and level 13 atm): Solo mid, start wit Doran's Ring+Health Pot. Cast Explosive Shot on enemy at every opportunity to harass, go for kill at level 6.
Buy at 1600 gold, Mejai's+Boots, start ganking
DFG --> Zhonya's --> Void Staff
Once you get a few stacks on Mejai's, your combo will be dealing insane damage. Plays kinda like AP Yi, but I feel like it's easier to farm, get Mejai stacks, and get that first kill. Rocket Jump --> DFG --> Ult --> Rocket Jump spam can deal a LOT of damage.

How do you guys feel about Heim? I'v been trying him out and having a good bit of fun and was thinking of buying him when i get enough points saved up.
Anyone have some good item builds? I find myself going Chalice and then boots of swiftness, then whatever else really that has AP...
Help!
|
Heimer is a really strong champion with what I feel are broken AP ratios. I'm just not a huge fan of chalice i like relying on 2 doran's rings early and taking golems which heim SHOULD have whenever possible.
As for item build 1-2 doran's rings, merc/sorc boots, (meijas if bashing noobs), zhonyas, void The reason for this is you WILL be focused purely cause ppl hate heim so by having a zhonyas and running flash/ghost you will easily bait ppl. As for lvling skills focus Q and put 1 point in each missle and grenade then focus missle since its a much more consistent nuke and you dont have the mana to nuke towers with ur grenade. I put 1 point in it just to be a bit safer in ganks.
Mpen Red, ManaRegen Yellow, AP/lvl Blue, AP/lvl Quints is what i've ran.

Teemo with his ms and range can zone him out with poison very fast and there is nothing Kassadin can do about it. Ashe would receive an orb in her face every time she tried to harass with an autoattack, but Teemo is waay different. lolwut? iirc, ashe outranges Teemo by... like... a lot... both with autoattack and volley vs. blinding dart.
Teemo has 100 less range than ashe but if you factor in the poison from his auto attack into the damage he deals then he will end up doing a lot more than ashe if she cant volley because she's silenced.

For heimer I've been running Mpen Red, Mp5pl yellows + blues, Flat HP Quints, 9/0/21 masteries, Flash + Clarity
2-3 doran rings -> boots -> Zhonyas -> upgrade boots -> Rylai's -> Frozen Heart / Void staff / Abyssal Scepter depending on enemy team comp.
I tend to solo most of the time. When I'm mid I prioritize R>W>Q>E after the first point in Q. I find the stronger missiles make it a lot easier to shut down the softer characters that usually end up in mid. In the side lanes I usually prioritize R>Q>W>E with 1 point in E by level 9 to help protect from ganks.

just got demolished by a fed Trynd. Anivia couldn't handle him mid, he took out our tower, and then proceeded to kill me 3 times in a row. Even as Shen, I just couldn't escape from him, and he was killing my allies faster than I could ult to them. Awful game.
though Ignite > Trynd's Ult :D

let me ask you guys something.
if you guys were to set up a premade team, whats the ideal champ comp in 5v5 would u guys choose and why?
|
All these tank discussions, and Olaf gets no love. I cry.

I've been crushing with WW lately.
my spellz are smite and ghost
i get cloth armor + 3 health pot (save 70) i go golem/wolf(smite right away), golem/wolf, then ancient golem to replenish my mana, then wraith camp, then golem or wolf has came back and i kill that then i go make madreds, then some more jungling, red buff @ 4 or 5, go harrass enemies and get some more experience and maybe a kill or assist
then back to jungling, ding 6, find a gank, then dragon when my smite is up if it's safe
and from then im just jungling and ganking until late game im running around controlling lanes and killing dragon
I go QWQEQRQE and then i forget but R takes priority and W maxes last
for items i go madreds, and then either boots of mobility or mercury's treads if i have enough money then i go bloodrazors of phage if i don't have enough money for it then finish bloodrazors, or frozen mallet then guardian angel, then banshees veil then finally black cleaver if it gets that far
seems to be doin me reaaal nice

Thats easy.
Heim: He can push towers down in like 1 minute and slowly push down middle. Eve: She can just wait there, and when people go to kill heim, she can pop out and own them as theyre stunned in tower range. Tryn: As people start to get owned by Heim's turrets and start running, he can group slow their team so they cant run away, then whack them to death. Yi: If people dont run away from turrets and tryn, then his alpha strike should kill them all as they bunch up. Warwick: He should ult right after the stun from Eve's ravage, making them stay stunned for even longer.
Short version: Heim push, ppl come to kill him, eve stuns then in towers, warwick stuns them even longer, yi alpha strikes teammates that try and help the poor guy in stunlock, enemy turns and runs, tryn group slows and owns them all.
Dont even try to argue with me on this, my theorycraft is flawless.

Why: The team becomes extremely hard to deal with in the midgame (level 11-14). It's a very powerful composition defensively; when assembled, there are many escape mechanisms you can use to save your allies, disengage, harass, pursue, and generally dictate the terms of engagement. With good map awareness, use of Sight Wards, Hawkshot and possibly Clairvoyance, you can generally make sure to only engage in advantageous situations.
If you succeed at outmaneuvering the enemy team in the middle of the map (and you should, given a good skill level on both sides), you establish map control. This gives you free access to Dragon and Baron, which you take advantage of to make a doom push- you take out their towers safely as everyone on the team has long range (especially Ashe's Volley and Janna's tornado, to deal with enemy minions and shoo away champions) except Shen, who can easily tank a tower if needed with the help of Janna and Soraka.
I believe this is fairly close to a typical tryhard composition, and maximizes effectiveness and chance of victory at the expense of fun >>
