The same thing happens if blitz is humping a wall and tries to grab someone, if theres no place to put the unit then the ability will do damage but fail to pull in either direction. | ||

Pantheon's a fantastic Death comboer, but he's more susceptible to being interrupted, since his main burst requires 1.5 uninterrupted seconds of HSS to really blow someone up. | ||

increase Flash's range by 50, remove the projectile dodge from it, boom, there we go, perfectly good ability to compete with Ghost that's not OP. | ||

I hate free Twitch week. A week of playing with a guy picking Twitch and having no clue how to play him. He will stay in stealth to not endanger himself and only unstealth to ks. He will not contribute to any teamfight. He will fail at ganks. Finally, if the enemy bothers to get an oracles. He will die three times in a row and call them a bunch of cheaters, because they can see him while invinsible. Meanwhile the Twitch on the other team will dominate my team (and me). | ||

well we won and I didn't go below 1:1 k/d ratio I did get about 35-36 assists though  which brings me to a total of: 326/242/418 also you say Teemo isn't a high tier, just to be annoying I am going to do an anime and go: If he isn't I shall be the first!!1! on a serious note though Season 1 is coming soon and I am hoping that my team will do pretty decently. | ||

Also, anyone who doesn't get the Strenght of Spirit mastery on a caster is just playing... poorly. With it, he'll have almost 10 hp regen per second, and that's more than enough to keep his life up. Although yeah, Teemo is an extremely annoying champion to lane against, but it becomes a lot less annoying as the game goes on. Unless you're a DPS carry. | ||
