It should be pretty simple how the targeting on this works.
1) Get a list of every enemy champion and monster within Hymn of Valor's range.
2) If there are enemy champions in the list, target up to two champions which are closest to Sona.
3) If your list of targets is less than two, choose the closest monsters which are closest to Sona until your list of targets is two.
4) Pew pew sound beams.

Morg's my favorite champ in basically every aspect.... in-game, fluff, etc.
Honestly I think the biggest problems with her are the the zhonyas/ult combo, and black shield.
BS needs a nerf of some sort, but I'm not exactly sure what. But eeesh I hope she doesn't get toooo nerfed o.o;

there are wayyyy too many banworthy heroes in my opinion, I think bans should be increased to 3 per team.

Morg has always pretty much treaded the line between 'not good' and 'too good.' They make some very slight adjustments now and then and she never seems to be 'in a solid place.'

So even though he's obviously not as powerful as Amumu, I've been having a lot more fun playing as Nunu (jungling of course). What's the "correct" build for him? You can start with basically any item because you jungle so easily...I've been starting Boots, working towards Banshee's Veil and Merc Treads, then usually Sunfire Cape and other tanky stuff. If our team is owning and my ganks are all working, I go for Rod of Ages off the first Catalyst instead of Veil and play more AP for fun.

I always start Cloth+5Hpot or Cloth+2Hpot+Ward, which I turn into a HoG before I start building Catalyst-based stuff. Not sure if it's "correct" though.

On Nunu I prefer Cloth Armor + 2 pots + ward. Run Tele / Smite. Tele to the ward you placed at red when they are doing it. Take it with a consume / smite combo.
From there I like Treads, Mejai, Banshee, Randuin in that order, although Mejai is situational. For skilling I prefer QEEW R>E>W>Q but a lot of people prefer to get more of Q.

shield i dont really mind, but i think if they removed her ability to ult while reviving with GA/using zhonyas she'd be alot better (more balanced)

I also skill QEEW R>E>W>Q, I've seen some people say you should get a second Q for faster jungling but he seems to jungle quite fast enough anyway and obviously the second Q doesn't help your ganks very much.

i usually GA/oracles if the game goes on long enough but lately I havent been building GA just opting for sunfires instead, also I like to get a 2nd lvl of Q pretty early on.

So i just thought of something cool
We all know Udyrs Tiger stance is useless, so what about replacing with something like
A spell that has a cd(sorta like sonas ult) that gives him the power of each stance for like 10 seconds all at once, but increases like turtles absorb by like 200, bears stun by a second, and phoenix stances damage by like 20 or something.
Or would that bee imbalanced =[

Hmmm... I was going to say it's not the strength of the shield, but the frequency. At maxed cooldowns you have something like an 8 sec CD on a 6 sec shield.

I don't really care about the frequency as long as I can have my team burst it down in 2-3 spells so we can land some CC on the target. Having it take 2k or so straight spell damage because of mitigation and the crazy scaling, however, is bullshit.
In other news, I think Morg/Kog is the most broken combination in the game.
